Hello. Please try to make the import part-by-part (posts only at first, then just theme options and so on) to find out the section there’s problem with.
Possibly you have issue with sliders importing. In this case just make the import via Slider revolution interface (there’s package of slider in demo folder of the theme).

Visual composer is not allowing to edit, I’d imagine I need an update? Also the Theme Options is not saving, will say “Please wait a few seconds” for about 30 seconds then drop off and no changes will be saved. I have made a support ticket but no response, pretty frustrating as I can quite literally do nothing to the site…
Hello.Please try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time. Thank you.

Have you tried viewing the demo on an iphone? Takes a long time to load…im just afraid the theme will run very slow after purchase. I also tried submitting a ticket but when i click on sign in on the above link…the spinwheel just turns and turns. Can i view the site demo hosted anywhere else?
Hello. No, unfortunately we do not have theme installed on another server can be viewed by public, also cannot share our clients’ site URL’s. Most of loading time is taken by Timeline plugin, it’s quite heavy.

This too. I reffer to animation of the menu, if i scroll faster through the website has a lag / slow
It depends on server the template installed at and scripts can be edited to change animation (however some js knowledge required).

Jarvis theme is one of most difficult themes I have ever worked. Trying to figure our what is caching everything… sometimes to see font change, menu or translation changes need to wait an hour. No any cache plugins installed, working on incognito mode

Hello. Please specify bugs you found to get a chance to fix them. Regarding slow performance, the issue can be in background image at Appearance -> Fonts & Colors, if you do not change it, it’s loaded from demo site.

My apologies if it’s late, however usually that image changed by clients and it was only guess since another solutions have been already posted.
i did buy the theme few our ago but allot of the chabges that i make are not doing anything and trust me i made allot of wordpress sites i just waisted my money
also when i put a header is gonna put in on all pages ther enog logic in the setiings of this theme and allot more of those things

Also, I don’t really understand your directions for the email list. Under Appearance, there is no Emailer option….
I have gone into the Theme Options and enabled the Emailer, but it does not show up after I save. The theme reverts back to original settings. This is happening a lot. My Home page title keeps reverting back to an old name even though I press update. Please assist.
Also, how do I get my booking page to look like the one on the demo? I did not see anything regarding that in Documentation

Hello. You can edit wording via theme translating. There are language files included in a theme package. It can be done in a few ways: 1. installing of extra plugin (WPML or https://wordpress.org/plugins/loco-translate/ or some another one) 2. external software using, e.g. Poedit (https://make.wordpress.org/polyglots/handbook/tools/poedit/)

Hello. Contact forms are predefined, you can translate wording with the tools above, however if add/remove fields required, custom CF should be added on page with shortcode.
Another option – to install extra plugin (e.g. Contact Form 7).
