hi, i has testing demo is very cool but i can not edit text in some buttons for example “keep me informed” in full screen form and anothers more, this buttons can not be edited? thank you.
Hi, those buttons are inside forms and you need to right click those to set the value/text of the button element. They are not simply a link with text inside. They look the same as a link but hey are slightly different beneath the surface.

The mega menu is created to work in columns, so this is not possible at this time. You can however adjust the width of the columns by adding this to custom.css:
.mega-menu > li{ width: ###px !important; }

Hello, we are not the creators of the Select Landing Page item. That is developed by another author. The features you mention are features we are working on and we plan to include them in our Variant builder at some time in the future.

Also, when I put in my google maps API key in the template, I don’t see any maps displayed. So I have tested my API key with the direct url you are calling in your script by replacing apiKey with my key and I get back a response from my web browser so my key is fine, but the script doesn’t like my key…. Any idea? script.src = ‘https://maps.googleapis.com/maps/api/js?key='+apiKey+'&callback=initializeMaps';

Hi, Instagram has changed their API restrictions, and you will not be able to show a feed on your site from a different username, you will only be able to show the feed from your own account, and the response will be “the username does not exist” if you attempt to show another’s feed. Unfortunately, this is not within our control.

Hello, and thanks for your enquiry. Having a file upload field exposes a security risk. You would need to create a php file or add a script to the form handler which takes the file upload. The security risk is in the files that come from the form – because someone could upload an infected file and you may open that on your machine.

If I want to zip the files and upload them into my hosting, what I need to do and which files I need to let it work 100%? Because when I zip it I have just an HTML ocee. And I have photos and JS files.

You should upload all of your html files and the folders which include js, css, img, video, fonts etc. (but not the variant folder).

This is a built-in function of the plugin so unfortunately it can’t easily be disabled.
absolute transparent top navigation bar seems to no longer work with the most recent release. Are you seeing this your side also?

nav.transaprent{ background: none; }

Great theme!!! Will you in the future provide ELEMENT to customized the FOOTER… there seems to ONE large footer … which no documentation on how to customize the SIZE, COLUMNS, FONTS, TEXT. Again, congratulations for a VERY nice theme.
I may have found the answer, is the BEST approach to use VARIANT and then copy and paste the code to the currently used template footer? Thanks in advance
Hi, the footers in Variant are limited to what you see in your builder. There will not be widget editing capability, but we are open to suggestions on what you think may be a better footer widget to add and it may be possible to add it in an update. If you need to change the footer widgets, you would be best advised to add the footer then edit the code after exporting from Variant.

Are you referring to a WordPress theme for sale, or your own base theme that you might use as a starting point for client projects? If so – you’re free to use it for the latter purpose. But you can’t use it to resell as your own WordPress theme – there is already a WordPress version of Foundry

Oh this is absolutly great I wanted to develop my personal wordpress theme (only for my website, not for selling this theme later) and use the Foundry CSS and Page Builder as a good starting point.
But this takes a lot of work from me. I did 12 homepage projects with another theme with Visual Composer but as I can see in your Youtube tutorials Foundry also contains these “bigger” elements like full screen slider that I can see in the html page builder as drag and drop elements.
No worries – in this case you could convert it to WP if you saw fit

That’s right – we have chosen to leave support for IE9 out as the browser is now well behind the current standard of what a current browser is capable of. The site will still display – but not all features will be present.

you use spectragram for instagram you need to create a client ID in instagram get the new key and generate the the new access token.
manage clients -> new client Disable implicit OAuth use spectragram as the redirect url then go to this url below and get the auth token update the info in scripts.js
https://www.instagram.com/oauth/authorize/?client_id=FROM_INSTAGRAM&redirect_uri=%22http://spectragram.js.org/%22&response_type=tokenit will give you your token in return.
works on 2 foundry sites so far
also be logged into the instagram account you want to use update
