Thanks for your interest, I think it’ll be easier to have have 3 installations or a Multisite setup. Because if you use one setup, the users database will be shared in the 3 communities and I don’t think it’s the plan here
But you can use one Woffice for the 3 cases.

You really need to drop Unyson. I can’t even load the theme settings without my browser crashing. You can not load that much junk on one page. If you are not going to loose Unyson you need to at least loose the settings tabs and replace them with pages.

The problem with Unyson and also why you don’t hear this from your other customers is because it is not built for scale. It looks great in a demo, but the cracks start showing when using real data from a site with tens of thousands of members. I have posted lots of tickets on this subject with a ton of data. And to be fair you have been really good about patching the cracks.
Anyway… today’s problem with the theme settings is we use a drop-down list of countries in our profile fields and because we use Woocommerce we have two, one for the shipping address and one for the billing. Your Buddypress theme settings is trying to load an icon set for each country in the list x 2. That means it’s trying to load about 400 sets of icon fonts on one page.
You need some sort of ajax way of loading them or at least send me a function I can add to the child theme to prevent them from loading because we don’t plan to use them anyway.

It would be nice if on tablets and mobiles you moved the logo to the far left then had all the other buttons to the right including the left menu button. Otherwise the logo is always off-center. Just an idea.

Hi I have a presale question: I’m looking for a theme which we can use at our music school. We have 200 students most of them are private students. Is it possible to have different roles: administrator, multiple teachers with their own private students? So every student have their own private space with homework, mp3’s, sheets etc? Is there also a possibility to import 200 students at one time csv/excel or something?

We have many customers using Woffice in that way. And it looks nice ! So yes, you can do that with our theme. Different levels, files per student… But also a Calendar, Blog, online courses …. The list is really long.
There is the default Wordpress Import tool, but it’s pretty bad .. We recommend this plugin : https://wordpress.org/plugins/import-users-from-csv-with-meta/

Hi I’ve bought your theme and it looks nice.. The functionalities I was looking for aren’t there. I openend a ticket (#598492) and they told me it is indeed not possible to have private students.. Everyone will see all the content from each other including homework, absence, files etc..

Is there no way to input fixed and variable project costs to display budgets? Can you recommend a plugin that’s compatible with this theme that will allow accomplish this?
Also, may I suggest improvements for the the directory feature?
1) Can we have the option to see the directory in list or card view? When you have hundreds of items, it's a problem to view them in card view.2) It'd be great if the list view can also be organized into filterable groups, for example companies, since there may be more than one contact for each, or type, such as suppliers or services.3) When using predefined default fields, the icons run into each other in card view if the field is left empty. Can the field be hidden if it isn't being used to prevent this from happening?4) Can we have more control over what information is displayed when seen in card view, such as only the company name, phone, and email? If there are a lot of fields, the cards are too long and look awkward.5) The featured image in the directory item will most likely need to be either a small profile pic or logo. The current option is too big. Can we just have the option to upload a smaller, cropped pic?Hi there,

Moreover while installing Theme Woffice 1.5.0 to version 2.4.0 buddypress and subsequent activation unison extension “birthday” – the website ceases to operate. (don’t work)

So yes we’re working on it and the version 1.5.1 is coming in 1-2 days with some new features.
Regarding Buddypress 2.4.0’s new features as they’re already present in Woffice for now they’re turned off. But we might consider to switch in the next weeks but it’s not planned now as it’s already an existing feature.

Can each member have their own login and see projects that are only assigned to them? And not every single project on the site? I want each member to only see their project and files uploaded by them or files sent them. But not where everyone has equal access to see all projects and tasks if they aren’t specifically assigned to them.

That exactly how it works When you create a project you’ll find an option in both frontend/backend to choose some members (we call them : project’s members).
If you leave the field empty, ALL the members can see / access / comment on the project. BUT if you pick some members ONLY these members will be able to edit / see / access / comment / task management the project

Good evening. Wow…what an amazing theme! A few pre-sale questions…. What add-ons are included with the EventON calendar? Can you import/export profiles? Can the profiles be modified? I see the option of user approval in the log-in via a plug-in. What would that plugin be? Can the calendar fields be exported? Thanks for your time….and keep up the great work!

- We’ve bought the licenses for : Action User, Full Call, Single Event addons. We may buy new ones in the future but for now we think that it’s the most interesting ones.
- Profiles are fields in the database so yes you can either export the .sql file or an .xml file from Wordpress.
- Yes every profile can be changes by the user and you can add as many custom fields as you like using Buddypress Xprofile component Compatible with our custom register form btw.
- You can approve new registrations using this plugin : https://wordpress.org/plugins/new-user-approve/
- Using their addon yes (Events export), otherwise there is the basic .xml export feature from Wordpress.

Thanks for the quick reply…one other question. You mention Contact Form 7 and Gravity Form integration. Can this be integrated in the profiles and user log-in? Meaning, if I set up a log in with CF7/GF can this work in conjunction with your system so I don’t need to re-enter data?

But for the login, I don’t think there is any addon for that :/ But you’ll find the Wordpress widget “Login” for that And our custom register form can fetch the fields from Buddypress Xprofile component btw.

Hello, A pre-sale question: Is it possible to create a group admins for a closed group to exchange files and notifications and projects with in the group only? Also, it is possible to use the sub admins to manage groups files & comments? Basically, we want to create sub admin to a group where they can manage their users and create users. Thanks

It depends if these sub-admins have access to the back-office here. Assuming that they only access the frontend. These users can be added to a private Buddypress files so they can keep their informations/discussions/files safe. Regarding the files, I don’t recommend you to use FileAway or Multiverso plugin as they’re not attached directly to the group.
