pre sale question, I’ve seen that in the frontpage you have 3 columns with 1 item each “about – Best – why choose” so when you are in a mobile device it only shows 1 columns, there isnt a way to show the 3 items in just one column ?.. given that commomly this is supposed to be showed and not only one… thanks in advance}

I like this template a lot and I will most likely buy it. However, before I do I just had a question regarding customization …
It’s been a while since I’ve built a wordpress site, but In the past I have created child themes in order to customize templates and future proof updates. Is that recommended with the Structure template? Will the Structure template work with some of the “one-click” child theme creator plugins, such as “Child Theme Configurator”?

Thanks for your interest in Heli. About your question, here is our answer: with every themes, if you want to change/customize any part that requires coding, you should use child-theme. So does Structure.

Thanks for your great effort on this. Your mobile version not working well. When switch to mobile, only 1st or 2nd columns seen. This is big problem because customers all products or services not seen in mobile. Is there any fix of it?

They just reply 3hrs ago. What a poor support! I’m just asking what was the problem why I was not able to import the demo data. I got this error when I import “There is a error. Please contact our support staff”. The solution that they did was reinstall the WORDPRESS. and they give me new user name and password they can’t even tell the issue what was the problem. So I try again in different subdomain if they fix or not and I got the same error now they are asking “Please send new site url and admin credentials.” So everytime that I will use the theme and I got same error I will need to contact them. Once my support was expired they will surely tell me to renew. It’s not worth-it buying this of service.

Our time zone is different and we have a list of tickets everyday to deal with, that’s why the support service just can ensure to reply you within 2-3 working days. And, I see that he’s replied within 24 hours. With your comment above, we understand that we need to improve our service a lot to be the good support service provider.
On the other hand, not all Structure’s customers have experienced this issue. We found out that your server got some issues, that’s why it’s hard for you to work with it alone.
Moreover, we need to have your admin information to check inside your site if there is any hidden issue/reason. In normal, after purchasing theme 1-2 months, an user can work with it smoothy and easily and doesn’t even need developer’s assistance. Then, we ensure you’ll feel good while using Structure theme. At least, 1700+ users can’t go wrong.

Our developer has opened your website on Firefox and everything is fine. If you still have this issue, please check if you install any add-on on Firefox (because the slow loading only occurs on Firefox)

Just realized I was on v1.2 and updated to 3.1.5. All my layouts are messed up and the home page slider is not full width anymore. I’ve updated all the plugins, but that didn’t make much difference.
Looks like layout values have changed from 1, 2, etc to ‘sidebar-content’, etc.
Is there something I need to run to sort this out?

Hi, I really like your theme. But I have a question. It’s like visualcomposer is broken? If I make a new page with the same settings as my homepage, the whole page is broken. Also the admin bar for wordpress doesn’t show good at the website? Only one the homepage is goed showing.. ? Hope you can help!
