The 6 Header positions dont work when manipulated via the Noo customizer. One of the reasons I bought this theme for its header flexibility. Also the logo alignment for “Carle” appears on the right of the screen instead of the left

Please clarify if stock images are provided with this theme, as per how your demos are set out

ok. no worries on the images but the header issue. what do I look out for? I cant provide you the ftp login.

i can set the home page for the static page based on the header pages, but I believe this isnt the right way. Logo is still on the far right.

Thank you….. but the problem is that the instruction you gave to load the demo is not correct, I had ti figure it out by myself how it worked, and also I am disappointed that the header of the home which is the reason why I bought the theme, I cannot simply change the image in the bg but the header load a post from the blog…..Can I just change the image without load the article of the blog? it is the header of the site, I really don’t need the article in the header. Thank you very much

As one of our theme`s feature, the background image displayed on Home page is taken from the featured image of the post. This one is our default theme. You can find that the post and background image shown on this page are set in Noo Post Contact shortcode.

We will add options to this shortcode so that it can meet desire of customers.

I really need to know how I can change that, I don’t want the header of the homepage loads an article, this theme wasn’t presented as a theme blog page, and I need to be able to put an image and an headline. Can you please tell me which pages (php or CSS) I can modify and how? I really need this or I cannot use this theme…. Thanks

you said you would have update the correction to my first request, the one about NOT having loaded on the header in the homepage (carle), the most recent post from the blog section.

But i didn’t get any from you. Even if you said you would.

When I said I solved the issue (in my second comment on days 2nd) was about the second requesst which was about services, because your documentation file says the usual standard issues about WP, those you should know even if you are new at WP.

But you don’t say how to customize your theme….

I still need very much you solve this issue or I won’t be able to use the theme,

As said before these theme wasn’t claimed as blog theme in the sale.

The theme should allowd to load a simple image and an haedline in the header of the homepage and not a post….

I am using this theme as corporative but as it is now, it means that it will always load in the header the last post/article from the blog.

We released the latest version 1.0.1 last Saturday. Please make sure that you have already updated it.

After updating, you will see the change of Noo Post Contact shortcode. Please see the images below:

Now, in Choose Data section, you have two options that are Post and Custom Content. The Custom Content option allows you to upload a background image, add title, description, button name and button link.

1- in the CF7 contact form on the Header, it doesn’t work because (I think) it is under a layer, so the user cannot write the name n the first and second field

2- then I need to change the text of line “Book Free Appointment” in that CF7 contact form

You can backup all the data before updating the theme. In this updated version, we only made changes to noo-post-contact.php file.

1. CF7: Could you explain this one “it doesn’t work because (I think) it is under a layer, so the user cannot write the name n the first and second field” more clearly? what do you mean when you say the user cannot write the name n the first and second field?

2. You can use languages file and Poedit to modify this phrase. Refer to our documentation: http://support.nootheme.com/knowledge-base/poedit-an-efficient-tool-used-to-translate-or-modify-items-of-a-site/

You can go to wp-content/plugins/noo-carle-library/admin/vc_extension/shortcodes/noo-post-contact.php> modify line 143

about CF7 contact form, In your DEMO online it is on the same line of the latin text from the article on the left.

in my theme installed it is in the same line of the tile, I mean it seems that yours is with a bigger padding than mine to have it down that “div”.....please see by yourself

I’m sorry, I am just a graphic designer…but I think it has nothing to do with that, the error is not about the customization of the CF7 but it’s about the code of page please check the URL I sent you yesterday, you see that there is this DIV: div class=”noo-container” (::before) that is covering the first part of the DIV where there is the content of CF7.
