Hello, only mp3 stream is supported because the browser can’t access to aac. The player is like a “link” for the music so the browser support is necessary.

Hi! The new theme version has a lot of fixes hope your issues are solved updating. For the icons, noone asked this so we didn’t include any option. The CSS you can add to make the left icons bigger is:

The background video is still there and works perfectly 
Just be sure that you have all updated (theme, plugins and Wordpress) as lately WP 4.5 changed a lot so any component needs to be in sync
If you have other plugins, it can be that one or more of them needs ot be updated as well, or they are not compatible with Wordpress 4.5 and so they need to be deactived as they can be breaking the javascript execution, causing the missing of the video.

Hello! I think you mean the “FullScreen.js” behaveior. Please try editing the page and in the Full Pafe settings, near the youtube URL, disable the Fullpage.js checking the checkbox. Also please be sure to have the latest theme update that was out yesterday afternoon, which has few nice improvements, plugins updates and couple new functions. Hello, I recently purchased the theme VICE and have a problem with moving the mouse. On the home page, when any emerging closes no longer allows scrolling with the mouse. But it is possible with the arrows. This only happens in Firefox and Internet Explorer, Safari and Chrome works well. Thank you for the new video, I think I understood the issue now, looks like Firefox doesn’t restore the body classes after closing the modal window. I’ll work on a fix immediately and alert you when is published, I think for tomorrow morning will be out (about 12 hours) thank you!

Have just purchased and installed and am somewhat puzzled and slightly disappointed that the footer text will not display, nor will the social media links appear above the left hand menu: I have visited site and they are not there! Please advise, thanks Chris
Footer text and social links are in the Off Canvas sidebar in this menu. We just added a detailed info in the support forum to help you configure your site properly.

Hello! You can activate the “Autoplay” option in settings->Appearance. For shoutcast, it can be needed to add to the stream URL the string ;type=.mp3

Thanks for the quick reply. Can it be made that click the “play” arrow on album cover images causes the track to play and add it to the playlist? This way it does not seem confusing… I expected the audio to start playing because it looked like a “play” button, but instead it just placed it in the player.
And I see you have woocommerce setup… does the theme disable the ajax automatically for those pages or will your theme work with woocommerce without disabling ajax? How does it need to be setup? Thank you!

Hello! The theme ajax skips the woocommerce pages automatically to grant full functionality and avoid conflicts, so don’t worry for that.
About the play/cover thing, it’s really not possible, is a very big change on the html structure that is not technically possible unless you do a serious template customization and loose some visual effects on the component… But you need to do these things yourself as are not something we can cover with the normal theme support, is a lot of work… Thanks!

The theme supports radio stations from Shoutcast and similar. You need the mp3 stream url, which sometimes can be extracted from the .pls file as explained in the manual.
As you correctly pointed out in your personal email, for some radio providers you need to add ;?type.mp3 at the end of the file to reach the stream.
About the chat, the theme actually doesn’t provide such function, but you can integrate external plugins to obtain the result.

Hi, revolution slider is licensed to QantumThemes, if you want to register it and get automatic updates you need to have a Personal license, we delivery Bundle license which doesn’t have registration code. We need to test the new plugin versions before publishing them with the theme, to be sure they work, and we usually delivery 1 or 2 updates a month, the next will come next week. Thanks!

Hello, first of all is impossible that people complains for years as is not even 1 year that the theme is out. Second, the theme has 2 scrolling options, and you need just to change the scrolling type to Normal, by disabling the Fullpage.js.
This requires to check a checkbox in the options section of the page, then your page will scroll like a normal page.
If you still have problems, please get in touch with our support forum or email, we will guide you to the process of updating your page’s options.

That’s not the problem. The problem of the scroll is the iframe link artists and link releases. browsing the side menu of the revolution slider. When the iframe opens , you can not fall or rise by the arrow keys . you see? What is the email support ?

Still, this is a hard customization of the theme, and not a bug, I’m sorry. The theme works same as the demo, and to link to the news archive you still have plenty of other ways, like footer widgets, creating a content module with a button, adding the link to the menu. The purposed method doesn’t work for everybody, as the /news link is arbitrary, and hardcoding a link in a php file is far from any best practice…

actually a template is something to display pages, not to manage broadcasts, You need a service like shoutcase, wavestreaming or racio.co
A wordpress theme is more like the color you paint a car, its role doesn’t include things like the engine below
Then a theme can add functions, but broadcasting is a very complex and serious thing that is managed by proper services, as requires proper powerful servers.

On the other hand, its Vice pluguin template supports a third, so I can buy the plugin on the other hand, directly from the gallery of WordPress and deploy that template .
What interests us most in our local radio station , which is exclusively for Sports, is to make our live broadcasts through the web site, I say streaming but if there is another alternative , either coming either .

There is no option to change that length, is hard coded in the theme’s code. I’m sorry that’s not a presale question is a technical question about advanced code customizations. You need anyway to modify the excerpt length in functions.php but other parts of the theme may be affected and crush the design.

Hello, I can’t see which are the settings from the frontend, noone had this issue before… Then for these requets you shoud write on the support forum, but you didn’t purchase the support service, so I’m sorry but the only suggestion that I give you is to check your installation, be sure to have the latest theme version and check the settings of the social of the single artist. If you want to wait few hours, we are going to publish a new theme version shortly, for small wp 4.5 compatibility updates.

Hello, thanks I’m very happy that you like it! The theme can be translated even with the free .po .mo method (with the software poedit) but to create a multilanguage site the theme is tested to work only with WPML. Can’t test or provide adjustments for other plugins, as they are endless and most of the not very professional.
