Not sure I’m following, what do you mean by “reboot”? Reinstall? If so you would just do that by uploading the them folder via FTP per the installation instructions in the documentation.

Responded, its the WP Smush plugin causing the issue checkout the ticket its a super easy fix just deactivate it and replace with EWWW Image Optimizer plugin instead.

2. Create an includes folder within said child theme
3. Save this as featured-listings.php in said child theme > includes
4. I’ve removed some code but notice how I commented out line 40 http://cl.ly/3u243K3E1T1x now your “Featured Listings” will pull all the latest listings instead.

The API fix doesn’t have any correlation to the Geolocation that we discussed yesterday, the same explanation still applies. I’ve tested locally and within my demos and the browser Geolocation is working properly so I’m not sure what could be happening on your end with your browser and it not being able to locate your latitude and longitude.

Are you using a VPN (virtual private network) service? Which would mask your IP and put you outside the location you actually are, or possibly your ISP (internet service provider) is blocking your location? There could be multiple things.

What are the ticket numbers? Please also keep in mind we receive quite a few tickets daily all are answered in the order received, thanks for your patience.

You can set the listing excerpt length in Real Estate 7 Options > Listings > Listing Excerpt Length (screenshot)

(make sure not to copy the pre tags, just the CSS and of course replace the hex with the color of your choice.)

You can use the CT Listings modules from Visual Composer to insert specific listings into pages.
