Hi,
Is it possible to use the Shopify Buy Button (https://www.shopify.co.uk/buy-button) within this theme, in order to sell products, instead of using WooCommerce?
Also, could I use a plugin such as Bookly with Avada, in order to take live bookings online?

We have never personally tried both of these plugins, however on the product page for shopify it says its compatible with WordPress tho i will suggest getting in contact with the shopify developer about this for more info if they support premium WordPress themes?
However both your booking requirements and an e-shop can be certainly fulfilled using WooCommerce and its extensions.

Hi, I purchased it first time and I used refund because I thought I found better template. And I went to buy other. But went to back to buy avada second time because I didn’t find better.
I used before few templates as optimiserpress, for example but avada is first template where are all elements inside 100%.
Support is the best what I used before. Helped me with problems what isn’t avada. Helped me with my privat design to change it.
I recommended it because this is the best template what I used before.

We have never tried qtranslate with our theme so can’t really provide any solid recommendation on that, we recommend using WPML or Polylang for Multilanguage requirement.

hi, im trying to use Avada Theme in a test area.
plugin are update but my trouble is i dont have Purchase Code of “Slider Revolution” i know that plugin was included in avada theme but updating it said me now Purchase Code is Incorrect im waiting here from you as a soon is possible

Since the plugin is bundled free with our theme, you get the updated version when we update the plugin on our end, we will be doing this in our next version 5.0.

Hi, after updating the Avada theme, feature images in page and psot page cannot display. The updating sequence is 3.8.6.1 – 3.8.8 – 3.9 – 3.9.1 – 3.9.2 – 3.9.3 – 3.9.4 – 4.0. It took the whole noon to update from 3.8.6.1 to 4.0. And the place of feature image does not display, either. Only text can display. Could you contact me to have a talk on this matter? There was no reason for you to follow the update path if you are on any version that is 3.8+ so technically you could directly update from 3.8.6.1 to our latest version that is 4.0.3
Please try updating to our latest version that is 4.0.3 and make sure that you have not disabled the featured images from from Screen Options > Featured Images
Also, if its not coming up on front end please check on Theme Options > Blog > Single Blog Post

Hmm, this sounds like it would need to be supported by WooCommerce rather than the Avada theme. If you’re wanting to upload a single .mp3 and have your site play a sample using that same file, I think you will need to look into third party plugins to extend the core WooCommerce functionality. Alternatively, you could manually create a sample file and play it using either the SoundCloud shortcode or the native ‘Audio’ shortcode provided by WordPress.

Avada uses a range of plugins for various elements, such as our sliders, the shop functionality and the events post types.
We include two premium plugins with the Avada theme, Revolution Slider and Layer Slider. You do not need to purchase these plugins unless you wish to receive support from the respective development teams. We include an updated version of each plugin with each release of Avada.
WooCommerce powers the shopping elements of Avada and it is a free plugin. There are paid extensions for WooCommerce, but they are not required and most Avada customer’s use the free version without any issues.
The Events Calendar is responsible for the event functionality you see on some of our demos, such as the Church demo:

Yes, this feature has been added to the next version of the Fusion Page Builder. We are planning to release the next version of the Fusion Page Builder with Avada 5.0 (formally 4.1) which has a tentative ETA of around the end of July/start of August. This date is very much fluid and will depend on the beta testing period, but that is what we are aiming for.
In the meantime, you can use WordPress widgets and the Widget Area shortcode to insert content on several pages while being able to update it in a single location. We have a few articles about how to use this feature in our documentation:

This is actually a WooCommerce feature, not one that is provided by the Avada theme. WooCommerce have a code snippet that you can use to change this image if you like:

Also, what version are you using for Avada? Most likely it needs updated as Facebook made changes awhile back and the widget had to be updated, that is assuming you are using our own custom FB widget. If you are using a plugin for the FB in the footer, then plese contact that plugin author to see what is going on.

How do I change link color attributes (ie: link, visited, hover, active) for only in a spécific page. Eg; suppose all the link in the site are white and hover red, but on one of page I want the link black and hover red. I know it is something with custom css, I tried this:
I want the visited link reset
.nossoins:link, :visited { color: #32373C; text-decoration:none !important; }
.nossoins:hover { color: #CC073C; text-decoration:none !important; }
But it seem to change also all the link

If you want to only change styles for a specific page, then you will need to first target the page id.
Example would be like this …
.page-id-9801 .nossoins:link, :visited { color: #32373C; text-decoration:none !important; }

Do you all have a way to toggle the double lines on/off when showing a grid of blog posts? Turning off the metadate turns it off, but also removes the author, date, category, etc.

That will then require custom CSS if you only want to remove the lines and not meta data since those are the meta separators.

Looks like that the Fusion Builder is disabled from theme options, please go to Theme Options > Advanced > Theme Features and make sure the builder is not disabled from there.

The new version # is now retitled as 5.0 due to too many major features being introduced in it, however there is no definite ETA right now unfortunately so i can not provide you with one but its planned for the end of July. We are also anxiously looking forward to it
