After security update mobile menu disappear. Can anybody help me to enable it? I’ve check all possible options, clear cache and everything else, but it still missing.

Iam sorry to hear some customer’s stores were hacked. But from the comments above, and in my own experience , IQIT has done an exceptionally good job provided all the needed help and support to his customers not only at this time but even otherwise. I dont think you need to say sorry so many times IQIT.

The problem is I thought that it was translated to Spanish or i could translated with your guide but after that I have a lot of camps in english and the only solution would try to do it manually but I cant do it because the total was 2285 expressions without translate: – Total expressions for translate: 4112, total number missing expression for translate: 2285 My questions is if you have a archive that can translate your theme in spanish more or less 100%?

For older warehouse versions, I highly recommend to apply the security fix from the author immediately. The risk of attack is very high! Our entire website got attacked in no time with lots of module code changes and malware files placed in many different places. Our home page was even replaced with a Indonesian attacker page. We found exploit, backdoor, malicious email, db access code and several htaccess changes up to the root. Code was also placed there to send emails to our clients asking them to enter their credit card information on added html forms. The attacks always starts from one of the following places where the weakness of Warehouse exists:

modules/simpleslideshow/slides modules/homepageadvertise/slides modules/homepageadvertis2/slides modules/productpageadverts/slides modules/columnadverts/slides

Once the attacker placed the malware in one of the above slides folders, they can easily with a backdoor infect the rest of the Prestashop files up to the root of the webserver.

Start checking the above slides folders first, if you find any other file there than your image files, you got infected. Malware scanners won’t find the malware code, we tried several of them with no success. The only solution is to locate the file changes by comparing them with a backup or to start again with a fresh Prestashop installation! And while doing this, shut your website down by blocking all accesses to it.

We lost more than a half month business, don’t let it happen to you because it gets uncontrollable in no time.

le support est exceptionnel, on ne vous laisse pas tomber. Depuis l’installation, j’ai toujours eu des réponses rapides et surtout claires. Il y a 2 jours j’ai été piraté ,je n’avais pas fait le fix de sécurité pourtant envoyé par mail . J’ai contacté le support et ils ont résolus les différents problèmes dans la journée. Je conseille vraiment ce thème qui en plus est très complet.

I am running Warehouse theme ver 3.5. I recently updated the security patch, and today I found some wired issue with the check out. When there are 8 or less types of products in the cart, the check out went ok, it showed Paypal module (Paypal Advanced in the check out page). However when there were 9 types of products in the cart, the Paypal ‘box’ was not showing. When I deleted one product, the Paypal showed up again. My website worked find before the updated.
