It is because you installed the package which contains document and psd. It is not the installable WordPress file. You need to extract your package. You find the gon.zip file and install it.

You can translate the logo option. You have to install the WPML String Translation plugin. You go to WPML > String Translation. You find the [theme_mods_Gon]ts_logo option in the admin_texts_theme_mods_Gon domain. If you don’t see the [theme_mods_Gon]ts_logo option, you will scroll down and click on the Translate texts in admin screens button. I am looking to buy your Supermarket 3 theme, however, I currently do not like the positioning of the search bar. If I were to buy, is there any way I could have Supermarket 3 theme as the base, but change the header section to ‘default store’ one?
Also, on the Supermarket 3 theme, I also do not like the current drop-down menu on the ‘Shop by Category’ tab. Is there any way I could change the drop-down menu style to the one that is on the ‘Shortcode’ tab?
I am at a very beginner level, so any help would be greatly appreciated.

It is possible. You can use any header layout which we provide (8 header layouts) with the supermarket 3 home page. Simply select it in Theme Options 
.
If you don’t want the Shop By Category menu, you can remove it. And then you add a normal menu as the shortcode menu item.

We provide over 78 color options . Most of colors can be changed except some special colors. If you want to change those special colors, we will give you the custom css code.
You can mix and match all demo content for your website. Simply add and arrange elements in the page editor.

A couple of last questions:) Sorry I have purchased so many themes on themeforest over the last three years, I can be particular about what im looking for…
1. Is the aqua green menu on the left side of the demo found here http://demo.theme-sky.com/gon/ arbitrary? meaning can I add custom menu items besides product categories? (as seen on that demo link above)
2. This is my primary question: On the homepage (only), I would like to present above the fold like it is on our current website. (found here: http://www.daehealing.com/ ) with the menu below. BUT on all subsequest pages throughout the site I would like to use your menu style as seen in this demo. http://demo.theme-sky.com/gon/
Is this possible by changing menu settings on the page we set as ‘homepage’?
Or would you help me achieve this when purchased ?

- Please see my screenshot http://prntscr.com/btsrkb. The sticky header only appear when you scroll down and then scroll up.
- We integrated the Quick View feature http://prntscr.com/btsu5b. It will show a popup instead of the right sidebar like the merchandiser theme. Please check it again.
- You can use all default features of WooCommerce (include Ajax if WooCommerce integrated (add to cart, update cart)). Some other cases, you must install the third party plugins.
- You can add the custom menus beside product categories. Because it is not automatically created. You have to manually add your product categories in the Menu editor.
- About your primary question, I don’t understand it 
. Are you mentioning the background image above the header? If yes, it will be possible. You can add a revolution slider above the header and it only work on the page which you set. If no, please explain more about this or take a screenshot for me.

Now Google requires an API code for all calls. I am using TS Google Maps element with Gon theme and map is not displayed anymore as it requires an API code. Will you update the TS Google Maps element with field to input an API key?
What/where should I change in the meantime to include API code for map to be displayed?

You can update the Visual Composer plugin after you update our theme. The Visual Composer plugin package was included in the theme package. After updating our theme, if you see a notification about updating the Visual Composer plugin, you will go to the Plugins page and delete the current Visual Composer plugin. Then, you go to Appearance > Install Plugins and install it again. After updating the plugins, you should delete your browser cache.

It is because you didn’t yet update the Visual Composer plugin. To do this, you go to the Plugins page and delete the current Visual Composer plugin. Then, you go to Appearance > Install Plugins and install it again.

However it still an issue with Visual Composer, now there is no error messages but when opening a page that i have edited as new home page through visual composer, this page don’t show noting from the blocks i have made befor !!! i have deleted again the plugin and reinstall it but this issue still here.

Oh thank you very much I have resolved the issue by changing the variations to your second options and does look better now . Do I came back for two problems., I havent found solution for . 1) http://travelstealth.co.uk/ on the theme options there is a option to stop categories from showing on pages but as you can see they still show on front page,
2) I have try and try to change the pocition of the dollar sign to the left using woocommerce settings , do the settings of having it to the left and to show pound sign do the the fact the site is for the uk. but I keep assign the setting on woocommerce but they dont work. please help me out with that and thank you for a incredible theme. thanks

The categories that you see in the Menu editor are the post categories. They are not the product categories. To see the product categories, you click on the Screen Options button on the top right corner. Then, you find and check the Product Categories option http://prnt.sc/bovf90. After doing this, you will add your product categories to the Vertical menu. They will appear on frontend.

Because we bought the Visual Composer with our account (Extended License) and integrate it into our theme. So you can not activate the Revolution Slider license key which is included in the theme package. You can use the plugin without activating the license key. If it releases a new version, we will update and include it into our theme.
