“Installable wordpress files only” is the file containing parent theme only, no documentation, child theme and demo data files. Just a ready file to upload if you doing update in a #2 or #3 way as described in article.

1.9 version is a major update, I’m writing an article now on how to move to new version. You probably better wait for it, I will post it here in comments.

install the Easy Google Fonts plugin. After that you can import font-controls.xml from demo data folder. Do it the same way as in case with content: Tools > Import.

Then go to Appearance > Typography and you will see settings.

if you check that ticket you will see our last comment on May 30, and no your reply after that. All you need to do to reopen the ticket is to post your comment anytime and it will be reopned. I don’t think that you did not received notification about our reply and waited for a month!

You saying about tens of issues, now people will think that our theme is most broken product in the history. What you calling an issues in the most of cases are just the things that you don’t know how to do or doing wrong (and often these are quite essential WP basics). And instead of at least first trying to find how to manage content and settings (with our help) you just put everyting in one ticket like we are working on you and you are our project manager. Things not working here like that.

So we already did go through the whole list of your 20 items, and now after a month you back and say that none of issues solved, and become ever worse, is it normal?

That´s exactly what I am saying, Coffecream, and If you would have looked into the site only one time from the time I´ve opened the ticket (May, 3rd) initial and the closure of it (May, 30th) or to solve a single issue, there wouldn´t be no need to insist. Instead you have promised several times to go through the list and to solve them “tomorrow”, where in fact nothing happend. And, just to put that straight: there isn´t a single visit on our installation from outside our city in google-analytics. So I´m wondering, how – as you´ve mentioned above – you had a look into our site. Yes, that all doesn´t make you look very good – but what the heck do you expect? And at that point I haven´t mentioned your “allow us 5 days” support frame, yet. I´m expecting nothing more as you are advertising your product here on envato. And if the theme fails in particular things – with all due to respect – a customer at least has to expect that the author does what he has written in his suport policy and that he will fix those issues in a reasonable time. And now you are pissed about a customer who insists in the advertised functionality? Nice try. If you want to prove me wrong to other customers, delete the login details and URls in my ticket and switch it from private to public. I´m fine with that. And last but not least: yes, we haven´t received a notice about the answer of May, 30th – not in our mailbox and not in our spam-folders. Indeed, that isn´t something tragic, may be it´s only our hosting company that doesn´t like the sender-adress or something else. There are plenty of reasons why emails don´t get delivered to the intended person. No drama, but you have noting better to do as to call that a lie. May be you should check your attitude.

Hello, first of all, optional plugins that used in our advanced demo worth at most 170$, I don’t know where did you get the number 500$. Second, are you sure you really need all of these tens of addons? Getting as much as possible for as cheap as possible is usually the wrong way.

If you going to build a good job board platform its better to first look on quality. I don’t know how they packed the theme will all these features, but it looks like they just reinvented the wheel to have an advantage of cheaper price. But is it that as good and reliable as WP Job Manager and the addons – I dont know. And WP Job Manager is now the part of Automattic company, which runs WordPress.

And what type of communication with employer you are looking for? Is there will be candidate profiles on your site, in which employers are interested?

Thank you for reply! The commision will be from wages so it will be separate agreement between employer and the website’s owner (outside the website). So it is important that employer could not post a job by his own. The website’s owner will be doing it. But employees will have their accounts to send CVs in response to posted jobs.

Right no you have a small problem with the menu vertically not aligned in the middle. To solve this, you need to update a theme and reassign the logo in customizer (Appearance > Customize > Site Identity > Logo), or in your current theme version go to Appearance > Customize > Site Identity > Logo Height and set it to 60.

About the small problem with the menu, is it the phone version or on PC?

We actually didn’t want to use the recommended 60px height for the logo.

About the logo – you logo image height is 60 pixels (in out demo its 40). You don’t need to make your logo of 40 pixels, just the your acrual logo height in the Appearance > Customize > Site Identity > Logo Height. So your menu items will be the same height as the header panel, not its smaller. In the updated version we will improve this to be automatic.
