Hi,
I bought the beautiful SmartSEO WP Theme a couple days ago and it installed just fine.
But when I try to customize it the whole interface freezes and crashes. This has happened every time over various days.
I have left tickets both on mockingbird.ticksy.com and axiom.ticksy.com but haven’t gotten any response. However much I love this template I’m on a tight schedule and will need my money back very soon if this isn’t resolved.
I’m looking forward to getting in contact with you and working this out.

Do I need to buy a license for Virtual Composer? I tried to activate it and I got this message: NO LICENSES FOUND
It seems that you do not have any valid license for Visual Composer. What does it mean? It may be so that you got Visual Composer by purchasing WordPress theme which does not grant you with direct license for Visual Composer.

Hey, I have clearly written that, I am not happy with this theme quality and one most important I didn’t got the quality for what I bought this.
I tried once but now I am not using it anymore any where. So, it’s clear if you thinking this much about your customer then you need not to trap your customers money by your wish. Be a real man and approve my refund. If I see any other good theme launch or awesome updates then I will surely buy.
Hope you will approve my refund .. don’t elongate the conversation for few bucks.
