At the moment Impreza doesn’t provide such ability for such links with anchors, they won’t appear in address bar due to smooth-scrolling script, URL will be changed only for links to another pages. We recommend to check all theme features yourself on this test drive server.

1. You can add any link you want. Go to Appearance > Menus, and add a link to page, or you can add a custom link there.

Hi! Got a problem with revolution slider in theme. It was working fine until one moment, images were showing with animations but instead of images I get white borders where images should be – see image in link http://imgur.com/5BpFqnm . Browser is chrome, tried replicating the issue on Firefox – there ir works as intended, images are opening and everything is alright, so I have a hunch this has something to do with browser on some level. Chrome developer console says “Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)” even though the images are there – checked the exact path with Filezilla. Do you have any suggestions on how to proceed? Thank you.

Make sure you have latest Impreza installed on your site (3.2.1), you can update it using this manual, having done updating activate it in order to receive further update notifications, and to use premium addons. Don’t forget to make a backup before making any changes to be in safe. If it won’t help please create a ticket on our Support Portal so we could investigate deeper.

Does the theme provide a real solution to responsive, retina images depending on screen size and pixel density including CSS background images (i.e. different image is served depending on user screen resolution and pixel density)?

At the moment Impreza theme doesn’t provide such feature out of the box, you can upload 1920×1080px images they should fit to most modern devices. You can implement such feature with some third party plugin (like WP Retina 2x), usually there are plugins almost for everything, also we recommend to check all theme features on this test drive server.

Presales question – a) Can we add background to the footer ?. b) I found the shortcodes to be very few. in your demos are all the elements your shortcodes or VC addons ?. If i disable the VC addons, will the shortcodes work ?. c) Any plans to add new basic shortcodes ?. I am asking because i use them a lot of them in my current theme.

a) You can select desired color value at Theme Options > Styling, also you can add an image background with custom CSS code.
b) Even VC elements are shortcodes, there are both our own elements, and Visual Composer, also you can extend them with Ultimate Addons, which comes with the theme. Impreza requires Visual Composer so shortcodes won’t work without it.
c) Can you please be more specific, which basic element you’re referring to. There are a lot of usefull shortcodes so we don’t plan to add new shortcodes in the nearest future. By the way, you can check all theme features yourself on this test drive server, it’s free!

Thanks for the response. I asked wrong question, my question was can we set “Background Image” in the footer section ?. My second question was if i disable the VC addons plugin, will your shortcodes work ?. Regarding the shortcodes, i think i will buy another plugin as it suits my needs.

I am having issues with the centred header on my site. I need the logo to be 80px on the mobile and tablet views but the size of the header doesn’t adjust to fit the logo and cuts to top of it off. I can’t seem to find an adjustment for it. Is there a solution for this?

Hi, i’d like to disable the date on the portfolio, so it doesn’t say when we created it. If possible we would also like to change it, rather than have it say a date, it would be better for us if it would say a word or category like: webdesign, photography, or … so it makes more sense than a stupid date. Hope this is possible, cheers !

My company is using this theme. I just tried updating from 2.2.1 to the most recent version (also switching over to a child theme) and it’s giving me the “you’re content needs to be migrated” alert. Seeing as I updated from 2.2.1, I’m not sure why it’s prompting me to do that. More of an issue though is that the site is now only displaying the js pre-loader and never actually loading. I’m not sure if something happened when I switched to a child theme, but it still displays the alert when I try to activate the previous theme…

According to the official documentation we provided above:
Video format:
It used to display live video instead of featured image as post preview. Post with “Video” format uses the first found video link (or embed) in the post content. Please check this table for videos from what sites you can use.
Note: only Classic and Masonry blog layouts will display the live video for posts with “Video” format. All other layouts will display featured image (if it set) and the “play” icon on it. So we recommend to add Featured Image for every post with “Video” format.

I overlooked that there is a Tiles layout, Featured Image should be visible there, as well as on demo because it Small Circle layout there, please make sure you added Featured Image at Page Options, take a look at this sceenshot, if you already added the image, please create a ticket on our Support Portal so our developers could investigate the issue better.
