Hi, Could someone help me out here. One of my clients purchased this theme for his website. Could I use it to create another website for some other client. i understand I wont be getting the updates or support. But is it legal?

Hi – the last update seems to duplicate the widget on the blog page (right) at the bottom, below the Footer widget area too. Any ideas?

How do I edit images on the portfolio page (grid layout)? documentation only seems to show you how to create new portfolio pages but not how to edit the grid layout itself to edit the images and links.

To edit any portfolio Just Go to Portfolios from the Dashboard and you will see all your portfolios here, click on anyone to edit, it will open a page with all option that you are looking to change. Thanks
Brilliant, thank you! Can now change images for individual portfolio pages but I still can’t figure out how I can call specific portfolio pages to appear on a porftolio grid? Say I have a total of 20 portfolio pages and I want to have one grid on one page with 10 items (portfolio pages) and another grid on another page with 10 items. How can I control which portfolio pages appear in the grid?
You can do this by Using Visual composer element “Porto Portfolios” It have option to show desired number of portfolio items per page.

How to make the main menu background color to show only the 1150px with border radius like the one you have in demo4? My main menu is showing the background color for the entire 1349 width.

not header 13. It should be header 1 for the below. How do i make the menu to display with margin: auto to have the background color display only in the middle of the page instead of showing out in the entire 1349 width.

If you like your menu to be same as here: http://newsmartwave.net/wordpress/porto/shop4/ You have to use header type 13 this will give you the same appearance of menu as you are looking for. Header type 1 do not have any option like this.
You can also try boxed layout from Theme options >> General. It may work for you.

I would purchase the theme, but first I wanted to know if there was this feature, because it seemed that the side menu on the homepage was not a widget but precisely menu.

Is there anyone of the Porto users who have been confronted with slow page load of the porto script? I have been asking the developper throughout the ticket support but they don’t come with a solution other then, upgrading to the latest theme. They find 8,2 page loading times acceptable?
- The website is hosted on one of the fastest hosting faciities - I am using MX CDN with W3 total Cache - Wp- Optimize installed.
Still looking at a pageload time of 8,2 seconds 
Anyone any Solutions?

I believe anything under 5 seconds is acceptable based on the length and content of the page we have in there.
This is a common issue on shared hosting servers, we recommend Bluehost and A2 Hosting if you prefer to look those options to, as a friendly suggestion.

We are currently experiencing some problems with the mega menu. For some reason the subcategories are not shown on the front-end. The menu should also display the child categories while hovering.
Do you know how I can fix this?

Hello. Please let me know, how to set up one default sidebar for every blog post. Now I can set up custom sidebar for blog category, for every single blog post separatly – but cant set it up for all blog posts at once. thanks

First of all you have to set layout of the post from Theme options >> Post >>Single post. select the left/right sidebar from the thumbnails shown. and then you will be able to see sidebar on all the posts. Thanks

Hi, First of all when i try to download the latest updated theme it is downloading an invalid file which cannot be opened.
Second.. I am using the website with no woocomerce so i disabled this however i got allot of 404 errors in google webmaster tools and one of the reasons that my developer said was that it is due to woocomerce being disables as the theme needs this enabled.
IS THIS True ?

Its very strange that you are not getting a proper files. Please check your download manager settings first. If you are not selling products through your website then you do not need to activate woo commerce, it will never raise any error. Let your developer know this and ask him to solve the error. if he he can not then please contact us through our support forum, So we can check and solve this issue for you.

The theme options are not showing, it displays HTTP ERROR 500

Optimal Server Requirements For Theme are below:
• Server Type: Linux with cPanel ( Bluehost hosting Recommended ) • PHP version = 5.4 or greater • Apache = 2.2 or greater • MySQL = 5.5 or greater • PHP Memory Limit = 256mb • PHP max_execution_time = 600 seconds • mod_rewrite Apache module = Enabled If you are installing through WordPress Theme section, make sure your PHP Upload File Size limit is 40MB, since the theme .zip file is around 40MB
Please make sure all above settings are correct on your server, before complaining about theme issues. You can contact your web hosting company.
