I upgrated php to 5.5 so plugins were activated.
One more question is about demo import. In your documentation you mention that it is located in Theme Options > Demo Importer. As I can see there are 8 different demos. In case Iwill choose demo 4 (for example), can I change later to another demo?

Yeah, you can change. After switching demo you just need to delete existing menus

In current version you can search by city, address, zip, street. We are also improving search according to client feedback. You can send us list of suggestions after buy theme.
I am considering purchasing this theme, but before I do there are a few things I wanted to be certain of.
1 – Are the categories that a user can search by customization? For example changing a drop down that says “Apartment” and “Loft” to say “Frame”, “Brick”, “bungalow”, etc. Do we have control over what these drop downs say?
2 – This theme appears to be based on Visual Composer. Are the listing customizable with Visual Composer, or do they they follow their own static template.
3 – Do your listings support video playback from raw video files or just YouTube?

2. We have both options, Visual composer modules and static templates. You can use what you want.

1. Is a listing limited in time? If so, where to choose/see this feature.
2. If one buys a subscription are these listings automatically posted?

There are three type of listings.
1. Free listings ( You can set number of free listings and expire time )
2. Pay per listing ( You can set listing price, features price and expire time )
3. Membership ( you can create different packages, you can set number of listings, number of featured listings, expire date for each package )

Does installing idx override the default search function? I noticed when i tested out an idx plugin, the search no longer, however when I deactivated the plugin, the search feature that comes with the theme works again.

Great theme design but you should re-consider IDXpress. According to Diverse Solutions they are No Longer accepting customers. Which means, compatibility with IDXpress is moot. Please take a look at this Wordpress.org exchange:

FYI, other themes, like X do include their required plugins. Your theme does not and thus costs us even more to use it. I don’t want to use Visual Composer and Slider Revolution, but your theme says it is required. Now I have to spend another $50+ in order to use all the features of your template since you didn’t include a license…wtf?
Hi, no theme on themeforest provide bundle plugins license key, it in not allow by plugins authors. You don’t need to buy license key to use these plugins because we always updates for these plu?ins. If you know any theme which provide bundled plugins license key please tell me. Sorry but this is reality with all themes on themeforest and other markets
Actually, as I mentioned, I have purchase the X Theme numerous times to build my client websites and it comes with licensed copies of numerous plugins: Superfly, Revolution Slider, Visual Composer, google analytics, mailchimp, etc, etc, etc.

If something is required to make your theme work, I would expect it to be included since you are forcing us to use it. There are other sliders and page builders I would use instead, but now I have to buy these… not cool.
Hi, you are right. Visual Composer and Slider Revolution are required in our theme, but is also true that you can continue to use them freely without any activation code. Beside that we never said anywhere we provide purchase code for the same. Please also you will get updates from us for those plugins mentioned above every time we update the theme. X theme may has some agreement with other plugins authors but we don’t know. Thank you for your purchase.
