I have installed the theme and imported all files. First problem that occured is that the menu is boxed and in the options for the header i have only one option.

We are recommending you to check your WP resources, firstly. Also, please note that with new demo import your content will be overridden, but menus duplicated. So, you need to delete menus manually before each new demo import going to Appearance -> Menus. After checking these things you can try to import demo content again. Calendar is available for the events you create , while other custom post type, also called events is coming from Timetable Responsive Schedule For WordPress Plugin , with main purpose to being used for classes, and it’s not related to Events Calendar plugin.

Yes, no need to purchase anything! . With our theme comes the extended license for all plugins integrated with it (Visual Composer and RevSlider). We update these plugins to their latest version with every future theme update. You can ignore the messages about the required activation of these plugins you see inside Plugin settings.

We have used Revolution Slider on our Shop Home page. And you can link your buttons in Revolution Slider, you can click this entire layer that is holding your button http://screencast.com/t/64DBcioTDanA
or instead, you can create your button using Text/Html layer, and create a desired link. You can give your link some class, to be able to style it in your desired way.

You could of course use our theme without these plugins. When it comes to Slider Revolution, it’s purpose is just for making Sliders. But VC is our main page builder and we included plenty of our own powerful elements into it, so we recommend use it to build content on your installation.

If yes, you should have got all these pages imported as well in Pages section of your WP admin, so you can choose one(s) you like.

Hi,
Very well done this theme is awesome. However when putting everything on the server for some reason when trying to edit pages (not posts) I get a 404 not found page. If I deactivate the Visual Composer it works, so I tried updating the plugin as you suggested somewhere in the comments and still nothing. I even downloaded the new updated theme, deleted the plugin and installed it again and still nothing.

Yes, you could make your logo image to be bigger. Just upload logo image that is twice bigger than the size you want to appear in frontend. Also, make sure that yous should specify header height to support that logo dimensions. Options for header height is placed in Mikado Options > Header > Header Height.
