We just inspected the code on that page and we see a lot of elements wrapped in a “section” element. This is not the theme default behavior… Are you using the page builder that is included with the theme? Or are you coding the page manually?

I am using the Visual Composer pagebuilder. I thought something like this might be the problem, but I’m not sure how to fix it.
You probably have a plugin running “over” it. Try turning it OFF (if you do have a related plugin).

I had another question. What is the setting that changes the hover background color of header buttons? I edited it at one point, but I’m having a hard time finding it.
The theme buttons get the theme active color and the buttons background color (both options are located on the General Tab of the theme options).

Sorry with my bad English. I mean on the team custom post type in your theme. It’s has an option to show in single page! Can we turn it to lightbox. ex: when I hover on profile thumbnail it shows the text from excerpt but when I click on thumbnail it’s showing the content with lightbox style.

Sorry, but for a moment we thought this was an after sales enquiry. If you open the member info on a lightbox you will probably not have enough space for all the information.
These are thumbs that open a lightbox http://www.pirenko-themes.com/pulse/main-portfolio-titled/ and as you can see scroll is locked and the image resizes according to the screen size. Is this what you are asking about?

I have installed additionally a DHVC form plugin that cannot be activate into the Visual Composer’s Role Manager. By any chance do you know why this is happening? I don’t have access to the VC support as I have bought the licence through your theme.

How can I change the background image on the landing page of personal 2.
It seems to me that the image “holder_d.jpg” was used in the template, but I see no way how to change this.

That is the first row image background. When using Visual Composer click on the pencil to edit the row properties.

Visual Composer seems not activated in my envrionment, how can I do it without the use of visual composer?
Visual Composer has to be active, because if it was not, you will not see that image as a row background. So, when you are editing that page, you will see a button “Backend Editor”. Click on it and then you will have access to the rows properties.

Visual Composer seems to be broken and will not update to the latest without a direct license. I was under the impression that the $34 value was for the full license and I would be able to do everything with Visual Composer when I bought this theme. Please let me know how I can update Visual Composer and what license information to give them if they need to see it.

About updating Visual Composer: you bought the theme and you only have the license for it (not for Visual Composer). So, it is the theme that will eventually provide updates to it. Disregard any update message if it appears again. Please be aware that if you buy and use a version that is different from the one that is included with the theme, we can’t ensure that it is compatible.
To solve your problem simply update the theme and bundled plugins to their latest versions.

I recently installed the Video SEO plugin. For some reason it doesn’t recognise the videos I have on my website. My knowledge of wordpress and SEO is very basic, so I might be doing something wrong. Looking on the Yoast website, it says it could be because I don’t have a supported video embed plugin or maybe to do with the visual composer?

Ok, I discover that portolio items are not working if i have selected the pulse child. it is only working with pulse activated.
Maybe there are some custom changes on the child theme that are causing that (I just tested the child theme and it is fine here). Thanks!

That situation does not seem to be related with the theme. The problem seems to be on the .htaccess file that you can edit via FTP (probably a plugin caused that situation).

Hi, I have problem with Disqus widget. I bought Pulse theme and install disqus but web [dopracowani.pl] need to be reload to loading widget. When I come on website first time widget doesn’t load, ex. http://dopracowani.pl/2016/06/09/grupa-docelowa-konkurs/
The problem doesn’t exist when I come to page from Facebook. Than everything is ok.

I’m using Pulse theme with the Business layout. I have imported all demo date successfully but there seems to be problem with the portfolio items. When I edit the portfolio post with video, I do not see any existing video element content, but when I view the front end there is video embedded which is strange.
Anyway. When I try to add my own video element, it won’t show as embed but only link. Please help.
