When working on One Page website, the first link in the primary navigation should be the first section of the page so it always goes to the top of page.

It’s on purpose and difficult to change it since you need to edit the main script file in the theme. BTW, if you edit it your changes will be lost when you update the theme.

The demo content in Theme Options is for importing demo content only. If you import it again, it will append content to your website so you will have duplicated content.

Also, please follow the instructions in our documentation on updating the theme.

2. The portfolio post will always link to its portfolio detail page. To disable the link, you’ll need to hide a link element by adding the custom CSS as below to Theme Options -> Advanced -> Head Content:

You can turn off AJAX Page Transitions option in Theme Options -> Page -> AJAX Options, so the Google Maps scripts will be loaded on the pages where have the maps but won’t on other pages.

You can set Google Maps API key in Theme Options -> Google Maps. This option has been added to the latest update of the theme.

So we disabled the ajax page transition. 1. Still coming up with errors while using vela, if we change to any other theme that issue is gone. And the developer of s2member is confirming it’s a javascript error. again, no other plugins were installed on the clean install. 2. tested original install and clean install with chrome, firefox and edge. still slow. gtmetrix just gave me a 15.4 seconds load time on one of the main pages. even if it gave you 9 seconds, it’s still slow comparing to the 4 seconds with other themes. If you don’t have any other solutions, then we’ll have to remove vela and not use it altogether, however if we do and we remove vc as well, it will break the entire site and will cause us to rebuild entirely which we can not afford the time and the effort for this site to be down. Unless you have a good fix for the s2member and the speed, then what do you recommend that will not break our site if we remove vela and vc?

Unfortunately, the counter value allows only numbers. You’ll need to add your text in the Title field instead.

For example:

If you import demo content in Theme Options -> Home, you won’t received any images since they’re all not included in demo content.

All images viewed in the live preview are for demo purposes only and are not included with your purchase.

You’ll need to replace those images with yours.

There are 2 parts to set the title area background: 1. Individually Page Settings: You can edit the page in Backend Editor, choose the title background options in Title Options.

2. Global Settings: Go to Theme Options -> Page -> Title.

Unfortunately, there is no option to remove the Import/Export option from Theme Options. You’ll need to add custom CSS to remove it as below:

To remove the Visit Site button in portfolio page, simply set the Project URL to blank so this button won’t show up on the single portfolio.
