Hello, For some strange reason, the search button on my mobile navigation is not in line of the actual search box, it is skewed off about 3 cm when viewed on a mobile device for the homepage only. When I’m on another page and I open the mobile menu, it looks fine. Is there a fix for this? Also…when I open up the mobile navigation, there is no way to exit the navigation without clicking a menu item! I have had FlatSome for a very long time and I have yet to have any real issues. Is there a bug within my install or some type of incompatibility? The website is passioneq(dot)com

Ok…. at my limited wits end! I have installed WordPress, Woocommerce and Flatsome 2.9.2… Started adding products, approximately 15 with 5 to 20 variations each… Added MSRP and Visual Attributes to my product page (my wants surpassed my very limited programming abilities) Was not able to get layout right, overlapping text over price etc… Uninstalled plugins… Now my product pages are still all screwed up… Button is over top of price, Price seems to be a different place for each product… Used Yellow Pencil to edit global, edit product template… nothing changes!

Is there a way to wipe out the changes I made to just the product page and get back to the original Woo/Flatastic Product page… I have been looking all thru the css and php files to see if I can see something familiar… No luck!

Google Map Hotfix API_ID – Still Not Fixed

Hi, Google maps require an API key now so the map shortcode won’t work for new domains. Can you add option to insert google maps api key in the next update.

Is there a way to put a full width banner at the top of a page using the Default template? I have banners above Shop and Blog pages and they are full width with boxed content underneath. I want to have the same full width banners on other pages but without making the page content full width. Can it be done?

Hi…i need help urgently. I have installed flatsome theme 2.9.5.1 but facing a number of issues. My wordpress verison is 4.5.3.

(This is not the first time I am using flatsome theme. I have no issue using the older version of flatsome theme on my the other website.)

Problem 1: No dropdown menu for product variations and Add to Cart button - When creating new products with option (such as size), i had selected “variable product” in Product Data>General and created the attributes and variations accordingly. There is no issue on single product.

Problem 2: Shopping Cart and Checkout pages appeared blank - Only the page title shown “SHOPPING CART CHECKOUT DETAILS ORDER COMPLETE”.

Problem 3: Map not appearing - I had use the shortcode for a map appearing under my “Contact Us” page. When click on Contact Us from homepage, The map fast appeared once and gone with a message stated “This page didn’t load Google Maps correctly. See the JavaScript console for technical details.”

Problem 4: Overlapping of actions in product page - At Wordpress>Products, there’s a repeat of “Edit | Quick Edit | View | Trash | Duplicate” appeared when mouse-over the product and overlapping one another.

Problem 5: Unable to update Woocommerce - Reason “The update cannot be installed because we will be unable to copy some files. This is usually due to inconsistent file permissions. includes/gateways/simplify-commerce/assets/images/logo.png, includes/gateways/simplify-commerce/assets/images/cards.png, includes/gateways/mijireh/assets/images/mijireh-checkout-logo.png, includes/gateways/mijireh/assets/images/credit_cards.png, includes/gateways/paypal/assets/images/paypal.png

Plugin update failed.”

With the above issues, do i have to delete the theme and woocommerce? Then follow by reinstalling the theme? How do I uninstall the theme from wordpress?

So this theme is good however the menu is not suitable for sites with many menu items… It needs the ability to extend into another column and space out horizontally instead of trying to stack 20-30 items vertically.

I have emailed the devs so many times but never even get a response half the time. I put this down to making to many sales and not being able to give customers that time to even accept feedback on the theme.

Hello, I’ve just update Flatsome to the last release and WOOCOMMERCE to 2.6.2 release But there is a problem of“Update basket” button in the cart.

1. i clicked the arrows to change the quantity.

2. then i clicked “Update basket” button in the cart.

3. then the result is.. The basket was updated well but the arrows for changing the quantity is disappered.

When i restore the older WooCommerce plugin version back the error disappears, site back to normal. Is the theme not compatible with the newest version of WC please? Thx for your confirmation on this.

After we installed the visual composer all buttons of the ux builder are not shown in edit page / post. Can’t the ux builder works with visual composer like the Page Builder by SiteOrigin works with visual composer? We need both visual composer and the ux builder. Thank you, Sam

Hi, whenever I click on a single product image, the image opens in a tab and not in lightbox. I updated the theme to the latest version, but I’m still having this problem. I see in the update log on this themeforest page, it says that this problem was fixed but its not. Any suggestions?
