Hi, of course. If we are talking about Gallery/Portfolio Template page you need to create the portfolio items first AND assign them a featured image – that’s the item’s thumbnail in portfolio page. Thanks

Thumbnail Scroller Page is animated by mouse movement. This page can’t have a keyboard nav, but the fullscreen and contain slider pages support keyboard nav. Best regards

Hello, Happy new year! Best start is to import demo data. In order to see the portfolio you need to install Legrand Functionality Plugin. You can use different gallery types (justified grid, carousel, thumbnail scroller) to display portfolio/project items or portfolio categories.

The social sharing buttons on the blog page don’t work.
What’s the page url?
The trouble is that the shortcode that came with the demo content did not work, and, when trying to use a shortcode from a third party plugin I installed, it crashed the whole theme ( menu did not work and the full layout got collapsed )...
So I had to uninstall the current shortcode’s plugin . What can I do?

That sounds like the plugin had some uncaught javascript errors that simply broke the effects. However Feather Share should work. Can you open a ticket on clapat.ticksy.com and provide wp admin username and password? Also, you may want to extend your support period next time you contact us. Thanks
I have finally got to use a third party plugin that does the job, is not visually similar to the theme, but it works… so I’ll stick with it.
Yes, I will extend the support if I have a trouble in the future, but, this looked as a theme’s bug, that’s why I posted the problem here.

Hello! in justified grid (http://clapat.ro/themes/legrand-wordpress/justified-grid/) the popups show as if you click on ‘Forest’ item. To make it intense zoom as in thumbnail scroller requires custom work. Thanks

I sent a support ticket but haven’t heard back. The example in your demo on the homepage, only when you hover there is an arrow at the top right. sometimes it’s not there if you select fullscreen for category. I want to make that arrow visible all the time not just on hover. Also, is it possible to add a left arrow since you can mouse left to navigate.

i made all dataentry in the portfolio. I create a new page with a galllery content slider and I insert a category slug. When I save, I have only white page and all templates doesnt work properly. It’s a common problems? I made all the updates.

it supports woocommerce, except we did not define CSS styles for woo elements (cart, products etc) to match the look-and-feel of the theme. You can add any plugin to the theme, again, provided you are happy with the styles the plugin has inside the theme. If you are familiar with CSS you can customize.

Slider on mobile: Advancing slides on mobile (phone) doesn’t seem to work via swipe … is this possible? Is there a way to just have the slider icons/arrows show on mobile view as well?

On the slider named “Main slider” in the theme. I have this configured to play through on the homepage. If the user is on mobile …. the arrows, used to move to the previous and next images within the slider … they disappear. Can these be made visible when the users is on the mobile version of the site, if so how. It seems that there is no way to advance to the next slide on mobile if the arrows disappear …..

Hi, I have searched before asking, and found an answer you gave to another user to a similar question than mine 3 months ago, however, I’d need some more details, so here I go:
A user asked you if it is possible to remove the full image hover feature at the homepage carousel ( as he thought the images were big enough and didn’t want to allow to enlarge them ). I want to remove it also, and, in your answer, you said the hover is easily removable with simple CSS.
Could you tell me wich CSS file in concrete I have to look for in order to remove the hover? ( and if you could tell me the code line that would be just great ).

If it’s a portfolio gallery yes. Otherwise a gallery can be inside of a portfolio/project item in which case you just add images to the gallery. thanks
