hi i need to update visual composer from 4.11.1 to 4.12. and to do so it says: In such case you need to wait on your WordPress theme author to update Visual Composer on their side and push it to you. Also support related questions should be addressed to your WordPress theme provider.

I see we have SAME PROBLEMS and NOBODY SOLVED THEM. I changed my FTP details 3 times and sent them to support service, but they can’t access to ftp and I don’t understand how it is possible. I bought the theme 30 days ago and I still can’t work on it and deliver it to my customer. I believe in good faith of Verga Theme, but my patience is running out.

We asked them to send us an installation package without bugs, but they didn’t answer.

I desperately need your help with this please.
I can’t find the problem. It’s as if there is something missing in the js somewhere that is not initiating the function that populates the #map and #weather divs.
The VC shortcode that adds a map via iframe works fine but it’s not as good as the VG shortcode and it doesn’t have the nice map marker either.
If you could please look at it for me I’d really appreciate it.

Can the booking function be disabled or switched off and a third party booking button be used in the list of rooms instead?
My client uses freetobook and only wants to use that for reserving and booking rooms but the layout and presentation of this theme is ideal for what he wants.
In the demo, the pages are modal windows. Can more content be added beneath what is visible e.g. I want to add a row of images at the very bottom of every modal.
Is there any online documentation about setting up and configuring the theme?
