i have a hotel agency, we promote a few hotels, so i need give the access to the hotels admins to change the ability of the rooms, so i can give one user to each hotel admin to manage the ability of they hotels?
Hi @brujulab, Currently such dashboard is not available where admins can manage their hotels individually. There is only one admin who will add hotels and assign Rooms to it.

Hello Thanks. so that mean Guest can not Book more than 1 Room for the same room ? For example need to book Deluxe room with 3 (quantity) ? how my guest can do that? and what happen with the screen look like ? its will be scrolling with the same name.
to enable guest book more than 50 rooms with same room type name (deluxe) i must to create 50 rooms ?

Yes, Its an obvious fact that if guest interested to do booking for 50 Rooms, than in that particular HOTEL, there should be availability of 50 Rooms.
Regarding how many times guest can book room:
Guest can book only 1 room for the specific “CHECK IN” and “CHECK OUT” dates. For Example: Once guest will book room from 30 July to 2 August, it will not show next time for the same “CHECK IN” and “CHECK OUT” dates.
NOTE: This logic is implemented to avoid any duplication while Booking Rooms by customers with in same “CHECK IN” and “CHECK OUT” dates.

Most of hotel website is enable to book for Room Quantity. Ok forgot it.. than i can not use this system for Standard Hotel booking

If you are interested to achieve something out of scope, you may hire developer to do customization at your end.

Yes, That’s the point of misunderstanding!
“ROOM SEARCH” element No. Of Rooms is not concerned with “ROOM CAPACITY”. It is showing No. of Rooms assigned and added to particular “HOTEL”.
ROOM CAPACITY will work as follows.
1. For example: I have set the room capacity (3) to “Deluxe Room”.

have tried to import data demo. When viewing on homepage the NO. OF ROOMS not show at dropdown (blank) ... where is the setting for this?
Other question : 1. Search Widget at Room page : that is always show default “Hotel Super star” its should be on dropdown automatic selected with current hotel.
2. No. of Room on Room detail … Its should be show the limit from of the room amount that setup from accupancy. But on dropdown it is always show 2 rooms.. also for Adult and Child it is showing with the same amount for all room at room detail page. How to configure this widget ?

Will you please explain your second query via screenshot as i have checked you had added only “1 room” and asking to book “5 ROOMS”.
As per default logic, customer can book “1 ROOM” for 5 times. If you want to do so, than you need to add “ROOM CAPACITY” to be 5, so that you could be able to book that room 5 times.

Please see my admin: Go to Room capacity …. i set 5 rooms But on Number of Room search widget at room detail its only show 2 room only ?? Its should be show 5 rooms maximum not 2… so how the guest can book in 1 room type for 3,4,5 rooms amount??? also for Adult, child..
Your system is counted the POST AMOUNT ( room 1, room 2.. etc) ... NOT metafield amount of room

1. First of all 5 rooms and their capacities are added on your site and assigned to particular “Hotel”.
See here, Now 5 rooms are appearing on “ROOM SEARCH” as 5 rooms are assigned to the selected “HOTEL”.

Your screenshort is same like what i post at this comment.. your system Counted the Total Post as Room amount.
Now the problem is ..
Lets say i Create :
1) Deluxe Room—> quantity of availability room : 5
and 2) Family Room -> quantity of availability room : 4
At search widget will be available amount of room only : 2
How Guest made Booking for Deluxe room with amount of 5 room ??? becouse on widget only show 2… and at right side their no to choose the quantity for each room when user click booking

Hi! Is there a way for the customer to get a confirmation email on their booking? How do they suppose to remember the days they booked? Not sure if I missed this part in the admin section.

hi, also the yoast seo plugin is not able for the rooms, it works for events but not for rooms. please add this function on next update

Individual room pages are giving a 404 error. Also the WP Hotel Booking plugin cannot update. It seems to be conflicting with a plugin with the same name by author, ThimPress.
