Make sure you have update borntogive vc elements plugin along with the theme from Appearance > Install Plugins. Gallery pagination was added in an update which you would be able to activate from the element itself.

I just updated my site to WP 4.7.2, update the theme and plugins. Only issue I seem to notice is that there is, on the homepage, a 3/4” gap between the bottom of the rev slider and the top of the three buttons. You can view it at http://www.queensyouthactivities.com . Also, I am using Mac + Safari 10.0.2. Please help, thanks!

You can activate search and cart option from Theme Options > Header http://drops.imithemes.com/1Q60 Make sure you are using the latest version of theme.

If you are using default page for shop that gets generated on plugin install then you should select sidebar for Woocommerce page from Theme Options > Sidebars http://drops.imithemes.com/15VAb

As a quick description content is managed by the Visual Composer plugin, Events are setup by our own Event Management System, Campaigns/Causes are using WP Charitable plugin

Actually it is now Tuesday, not the weekend and no, the video suggest ‘mega menu’ is under categories to the left – it is NOT. I am in no mood to debate, several items simply are not working at all or are impossible to find (i.e. the button for the cause overlay on the homepage). I have responded to the thread with details, I certainly hope it is resolved before I start my day in less than 5 hours.

Are you sure you are talking about the BornToGive Theme? As the screenshots of problem you shared on forum are of some different theme. Also your website is using Charity WP theme not ours BornToGive. My support guy just sent you a screenshot of your WP Admin where you have only one paid theme i.e. Charity WP

There are no page templates like this but you can make any page full width by just keeping the sidebar option for that page blank. There are options to customize the page but no page templates

Social Media Icons are available for Header Style 2 and 3 in your Theme Options > Header > Topbar

For Footer it is not available at the moment but will be added in next update of theme coming early next week.
