I’m not personally familiar with that plugin but I don’t see any reason why it wouldn t work no problem.

This is a known thing with the VC plugin its due to the way it renders the CSS its added in the head instead of inline unfortunately something outside of my control. However you can use the Custom CSS panel to target and add the bg color that way as a workaround.

That’ll require a child theme, duplicating search-listings.php and making modifications. In regards to the other if you could please open a ticket on the support site and my staff will help you out. Its most likely a JS conflict, possibly a malformed address causing the map to not load or you’re trying to load to many listings with the free API key which only allows so many geocode requests a second if that’s exceeded it’ll kill the process and only load a small amount.

Go into your Admin > Pages > Edit Page > Choose whichever you’d like > Scroll down to Page Options > one of them is “Display Page Title” (screenshot) > Select No then you’ll be all good. What I’d then recommend is actually adding your Page Title as an H1 within the body content area.

Another option would be to create a child theme > duplicate page.php into that and make your modifications however that would require some coding knowledge, http://contempothemes.com/wp-real-estate-7/documentation/#childthemes you could also use Action Hooks if you’re comfortable with code http://contempothemes.com/wp-real-estate-7/documentation/#advdev
