If you’re still having trouble and you’ve secured the proper API key, please open a ticket on the support site and my support staff will take a look, once thing you can do is open the browsers developer tools > select Console > and that will tell you the error the Google API key is throwing. My guess is its a mismatched API key.

Unfortunately my support doesn’t cover walking through doing heavy modifications, I can point you to the files but can’t explain step-by-step how to do what you require, hope you understand.

Ok I need to find out how I can customize featured properties details below the photos. Like I need a photo, name, location (I got these) after that I need beds and thats all. How can I add beds over there? And how can I style all these details? Which file is work for this? And the second thing is that I want to add more fonts to style my website but I couldnt find how to add it. I got some codes but it didnt work. I have uploaded the font and it types like svg, ttf etc. but I couldnt find the way to call for that font for the website.

I’m guessing you’re using the “Minimal” style layout for listings which hides all that information with CSS if you’d like I’d recommend using the “Standard Grid Style” as it includes all the information you’re looking for and won’t require any code or CSS modifications.

If you’d still like to make modifications you’ll want to create a child theme real quick, then create a “layouts” folder within said child theme and copy grid.php from the parent into child > layouts folder then make your modifications, more on that can be found in the documentation http://contempothemes.com/wp-real-estate-7/documentation/#childthemes

The forms use PHP formmail so the SMTP plugin won’t affect them however its all up to the email client and the SPAM filter rules/settings not really anything to do with the theme, so I’m not sure what you could do about that. No different than any other WordPress website, however I recommend using a reputable company like Mediatemple or WPEngine and not a cheap low end shared server. Using a better, faster server is not only good for your users it helps a lot with SEO rankings.
