Hello,
I am creating a child theme using Eco Nature and I need to modify framework/function/template-functions.php. I put this file inside my child theme directory using the same folder structure but I don’t see the changes once I upload them to the server; if I modify this file on the parent theme I do see the changes. How can I do this using a child theme?

Please move template-functions.php file to the same level as style.css file and check if chages are applied properly.

Any other possible solutions without having to modify the parent theme files?

I have found a bug that is related to the responsive navigation and the top dropdown that shows/hides the social media links and contact information. This bug happens between ~1008px and ~1024px in Chrome for Mac. The same happens in FF for Mac, my guess is that at about the same range.
What happens is that the responsive navigation button does not trigger the menu between these dimensions and the top dropdown gets chopped off once you click it and the arrow disappears. Once the screen is resized to a lower or higher dimension it works correctly, but between ~1008px and ~1024px it is buggy.
Is this a known issue?

I’m using the Eco Nature default theme and am having some issues with the template generated for the Events page. In the product example (http://eco-nature.cmsmasters.net/events/), the events page does not have lateral nor bottom sidebars, but when I create a list of events, the default Events page is generated with lateral and bottom sidebars. How may I remove these sidebars and have the same layout that is presented on the link pasted above?
Help will be much appreciated!

Oooops, my bad. I missed the options in the Theme’s appearance and thought it was all handled in the pages or posts.

As to Revolution slider – we haven’t used it on our demo, that’swhy it wasn’t included in demo content package, but you can still upload some samples from plugin creators. Just please click on Add slider from template and choose a suitable one from the list.

You can specify all the problems you’re currently experiencing with Revolution plugin in a personal request and we’ll gladly provide you with personal assistance. As to the license – there’s no need to purchase it, you can use plugin without additional purchase, as we already did it. Just please note, that we can’t distribute a purchase code as it’s prohibited. You can contact us for any assistance concerning slider functioning, we can also send you new slider versions if required.
Lightbox plugin is in-built, you can find a tab with its settings in Theme Settings – General – Lightbox.

To change bullets displaying we’d advise you to use the following code in Theme Settings – General – Custom Codes – Custom CSS:
ul li {display: list-item;}
ul {list-style-type: disc;}
ul li:before {content: none;}

Thanks, that worked. I did notice that theres a little extra space between the bullets and the text, once applied. Is there a simple way to eliminate that?

Thanks for this great Theme. I used it for a customer.
But I have 2 feature requests which would be great if they where integrated in the next version:
- SVG Support – It would be great if I can upload only one svg as logo and this cause that works on retina and non-retina displays. - Google Maps API Support. At the moment the only way to get the maps working is to edit theme-functions.php and add the Google API Key there. It would be great if there will be a field in the Wordpress backend.

As to your question – theme colors can be found under Theme Settings – Colors tab. And please pay attention to this video, showing how colors can be managed. It’s taken for another product from our portfolio, but is relevant and useful for Eco Nature theme users.

hi – great theme and we been using our website fine but have only just found out a problem.
On some ipads, the mobile menu is not appearing, and the desktop menu is. This would be okay but the menu links are reaaly hard to use, i trying clicking and nothing happens. My ipad shows the mobile menu but the clients ipad doesn’t. How can i forced the mobile version to work on all mobile devices.
we are both using Safari & iOS is 9.3.2

i have moved WP with this theme from local server to live server and the content composer isnt working. the button doesnt toogle so i can only see the content with the shortcode and not the visual drag and drop part
