Yes of course. We use Revolution slider plugin for main slider and it allows using videos in the slides.

I am posting on behalf of my client. My client has purchased the theme but he is struggling to add the dropdown navigation in top bar.
When I checked, the dropdown items automatically gets deleted. Don’t know if this is related to some theme settings or there is some bug. I checked all the demos but there is no such similar demo.
Can you please help me getting this done.

Hi Pankaj,
No, it is not a bug. The top panel menu is supposed to be used as additional menu and dropdown menus are simply not foreseen for it. It is not only in Polo theme, but in most themes on Themeforest too, that top panel menus don’t have dropdowns.
Unfortunately, we don’t know how to achieve this and to make it work properly on all screen resolutions

You can customize background of the Creative 5 layout by setting color or image in the background. You can also set a video in the background. But particle effect doesn’t work with the video. It works only with color or image.

I have a couple of questions. I’m working from the following template: POLO CREATIVE V5.
1) I would like to add legal/privacy policy link to the copyright footer. Any help would be appreciated. 2) Latest Tweets are not displaying on the footer. Is there a bug? 3) How do I make the button on the top scroll down the page vs. linking to another page?

Hi Alex,
1. You can add a copyright link in the footer section in Theme options>Footer options>Footer copyright panel> Copyright text field by using HTML tags.
2. Please make sure you have entered correct API keys in Theme options>Advanced options>Twitter API keys. Also please check if you have entered the correct username in Appearance>Widgets>”Crumina:Latest Tweets” widget.
3. If you refer to the top navigation menu, you will find detailed information on this question in this article.
If you mean the animated arrow button at the bottom of the first row on page, please, refer to this article.

It seems there are restrictions on your server, that block connection to our server. You can find all plugins in theme package in “Plugins” folder and install them via Plugins> Add new sections. However, we recommend you to get in touch with your server administrator and ask him to change settings. Otherwise you won’t be able to import demo data.
Also please send us to info@crumina.net your email address and desired username, and we will help you to register at our support forum.

Hi, I’m trying to use the Creative 5 homepage without any header menu. I was able to make it look great on Desktop but on Mobile i can’t figure out how to get rid of the dark header overlay .

Hi,I can not import any Demo Data,I followed the instructions given in the documentation PDF. My wordpress was clean but still when I import the Demo Data it remains in 0%. Also I cant contact support through your site because there is some kind of issue with the password and I cant reset it, its taking me back and forth to the same place when I get an email to reset it. Your Version: 1.1.1 no longer include stunning header background-image upload for each page! Only main option which means all pages will have same stunning header background image… plz fix

We have just checked stunning header options per page, but they work correctly. When you enable stunning header, you also need to select its style from the dropdown in order to activate background image option http://prntscr.com/cgoiua
If this option is not working for you, perhaps it has to do with some of your settings. In the case, please, email us to info@crumina.net link to your site and your Wordpress admin login and password so we could check them more detailed.

Activated theme, seems that non of my images are responsive.. I have deactivated all plugins the reactivated them, i have deactivated your theme and reactivated it. Have even upgraded wordpress to latest version.. Any suggestions?

First of all, please, make sure that you use the latest version of the theme (1.0.12) and its plugins. If not, please, update by following instructions in this article.
Yes, there is transparent header option in the theme. You can enable it in Theme options>Header options for the entire site http://prntscr.com/ccn2j0 and in Page options box in the settings of each page http://prntscr.com/ccn3fa
In regard to the logo issue, please, email us to info@crumina.net link to your site and your Wordpress admin login and password. We will check on this issue more detailed.

Hello, I find the Theme very beautiful, but am having some troubles with the server. Apparently I have to install all plugins via FTP. I managed to install the Theme that way but now I have to install the required and recomended plugin. Could you please give me the exact name or the links where I can download them manually and later activate them? Thank you so much

In Theme Options where I am required to enter Purchase Code, there is also a “Access token” field. Where can I find this? I only have the purchase code.

Initially it was planned to provide auto updates via Access token, but since it appeared very inconvenient for our customers, we decided to refuse from this option.
We removed Access token option in the latest theme version 1.0.7. You can update directly from your admin dashboard. All you need is to enter purchase code in Theme options and nothing else.

Hi there,
Firstly, very nice theme. I just bought and uploaded and have a couple of issues:
1. Can I change the colour of the menu to a custom colour?
2. Can I change the logo size within the menu – There is no padding added and when you scroll down it condenses.
3. The sections element doesn’t seem to in the VC Panel. Please advise.
4. Als concerning the above point – I need full width colour bands that hold content. I usually just use the rows in VC, but not working with the theme, no matter what I do it boxes the section. Is there a specific setting that I should switch on or off to enable full width?
5. How long does the dummy content usually take to import – Mine gets stuck on 20% (I have checked and the WP Importer is deactivated.)

Mega Menu: how many columns and is there the possibility to customize it even with small photos? In a page: more than one menu and Anchor Links? On page style: can I use it for all pages that I want within the site?

1. You can have from 1 to 6 columns in the mega menu. It is possible to set one background image for the entire mega menu area.
2. Yes, you can have several menus and enable custom menu per page. You can also have onepage menus with anchor links.
3. Could you, please, describe the last question in other words? We didn’t quite understand it.

Onepage layouts with the side buttoned menu, like shown on this screenshot http://prntscr.com/c3zhkb , cannot have link to the home page, since they are created with the page template.
But it is possible to create pages with parallax fullscreen rows, that can have top menu navigation with anchor links and link, that leads to the general home page. For example, this page http://theme.crumina.net/polo/backery/

All Coming Soon pages are imported together with Corporate demos. You can import one of them and then set one of the Coming soon pages as a homepage via Settings>Reading>Statice page.
We plan to separate Coming soon pages and import them independently in the future theme versions.
