Add overflow: hidden; in style.css and leaves me scroll entire website. I need to just be at home. Some solution working?

There 2 ways:
1. Remove all content in home page in home-template.php
2. Using css overflow:hidden;
If you want to use CSS instead, please use the body class, not HTML class.
It should be like this:
body.page-template-home-template {
overflow: hidden !important;
}

Which file do I need to look into to change the format of the event date? I need it to be MM/DD/YYYY. You have it as DD/MM/YYYY. Also, why does this order the events by date??? Thanks.

For date of event, you can change it from: Theme folder > inc > function > meta-box.php line 958-974.
Go find this: ‘display_format’ => ‘d/m/Y’, ‘return_format’ => ‘d/m/Y’,
Change it to m/d/Y
The order is by posts date not from event date. If you want to render it by event date might need another custom code.

The slider isn’t playing automatically on my import or your live preview on themeforest. How do you make the slider play. Also, images are blurry on the member section. I’ve enlarged and reduced the file size. I’ve tried both 72dpi and 300dpi. They’re still blurry. Please advise.
To clarify, the member pics are blurry on the homepage (member section). they show fine on the “view member” page. Also, I need to know about the slider from my previous comment.
Can you have different buttons on different slider images. When I scroll to the next slider image, the same button is there.
