Its optional because most would like to use actual addresses rather than try to figure out lat/long coordinates its mainly used for listings that maybe don’t have a physical street address or possibly doesn’t come up in Googles database (very unlikely but sometimes it happens).

You can disable the Automatic Lat/Long by going into Real Estate 7 Options > Walkscore > Automatic latitude & longitude > set to Off (which is actually the default) admin screenshot, just a heads up your support period has expired and you’ll need to purchase an extended pack. Thanks!

I checked, Walkscore does cover SA (for a change someone cares about us lol) and I read somewhere, going thru all your features we can do Virtual tours within Visual composer, am I correct? That’s one requirement that’s on top of my clients list…. the other thing is, she asked me if paid featured listing can be “sticky” stay on the top, another theme does have this, “Pay per feature and pay per TOP” did not see it in your theme… once I purchased the theme can I request it to be added in a following update?

Personally responded to your ticket its a JS error with a core WordPress file wp-admin/admin-ajax.php is throwing a 500 error https://cl.ly/2B3D1C341w1C, this could be due to a plugin conflict or you have a broken WordPress installation first thing I’d recommend deactivating any non-required plugins (anything not packaged with the theme), and reinstall WordPress itself via Dashboard > Updates, I’ve also added this within your ticket, please respond there. The other buyer asking I’m actually quoting them to do the modifications, its actually a little more involved to explain quickly and easily, and is something outside the scope of my support I hope you understand. However the file you would need to edit is template -submit-listing.php you’ll find the inputs and you’ll need to swap those for the ct_submit_listing_form_select() instead, I’d only recommend doing this if you’re fairly familiar with WordPress and PHP.

Sounds like you’re using a caching plugin, you’ll need to flush that cache after any changes you’ve made in the admin otherwise they won’t be shown.

If you’re referring to the currency switcher that requires modifying the JS file in order to change order or types of currency, If you could please open a ticket on the support site with your WP admin and FTP information and I’ll take a look, thanks!

Yes, that’s actually on the list for a future update unfortunately it’s not as easy as switching the function names from mail() to wp_mail(), it requires reworking quite a lot but it’s a priority forsure.
