It says one click demo install, but it only installs the politics website, it does not give you the option to one click install the church demo, which makes the one click install functionally useless.

I made the mistake of purchasing this theme. I invested so much of my time trying to troubleshoot and get ‘no-brainer’ features like the Slider, Responsiveness, or others working that I have wasted more than the $60 at least 10 times over. I plan on using another theme from here on it, I would advise that people avoid this.

First of all, shortcodes – FE in [accordion] “Carnegie#8217;s bestseller #8220;How t” – your UTF encoding does not translate correctly. I DO NOT HAVE OTHER THIRD PARTY PLUGINS that could damage this. NO VISUAL BUILDER OTHER THAN THE POORLY WRITTEN PAGE BUILDER YOU BUILT IN THE THEME. No other shortcode plugin or other text wyswyg plugin. 2nd – There is no way I can customize the ??? slider (I presume, revolution slider) where I select caption text size and or change the URL of the slides. WHERE IS THE DARN PHP PAGE FOR THE SLIDER? I need to change the automatic URL to different URLS or to redirect to MY Website instead of the slider reading the post’s original URL to the original article. ( I use an RSS to pull feeds in) 3.rd The slider does not offer any customization, unless you manually go into the CSS and modify height/width, etc. It only asks for from which category of posts to pull the featured image without which, IT DOES NOT WORK. (to anyone else that might wonder why your posts are not displayed. YOU HAVE TO HAVE A FEATURED IMAGE. POSTS CAN ONLY HAVE ONE CATEGORY BUT THAT CATEGORY CANNOT HAVE SUBCATEGORIES) 4. Your theme documentation is insufficient at best. If the template would work out of the box as needed, maybe but it doesn’t. You do not describe or offer any “Do’s or Dont’s or specific for each plugin, f.e) 5. Twitter widget wasn’t working and the support had to go in and do whatever 6. they do not offer proper support they want to be given access to the admin panel in your WordPress – MAJOR SECURITY RISK – to address each issue themselves 7. Their ticketing system is inane. Is a threaded ticket, not multiple issues treated separately, as it should. So if you god forbid, ask few questions – they will respond ( very late 5days to 1 month delay) to the last question in the thread. 8. ANY OTHER THIRD PARTY LAYOUT, DESIGN, SHORTCODE, VISUAL BUILDER, TEXT EDITOR will BREAK THE PHP AND YOU WILL GET ERRORS. Mine ( I installed a better text editor like JCE) was that all my media was NOT RESPONSIVE. 9. More often than not, the support is vague, dismissive. 10. The PAGEBUILDER is useless since you have to write your own html to format the text inside of a column for example. Or you have to add the whole URL of your media copy/paste instead of having a way of adding images automatically by browsing to your media folder and or being able to upload your own. Adding a “upload image” form field is not hard, people! 11. You cannot uninstall the Pagebuilder plugin. It should, for all coding standards, be optional, not mandatory.
Is this enough or should I go on? Thanks, but I already sunk so much time into trying to get this template work as in the demo – that I got into the “sunk cost fallacy”

1. PAGE BUILDER : I have checked special characters by adding them in Accordion and tabs page builder elements. They are working perfectly fine. Have a look : https://prnt.sc/i4s8a4
2. IMAGE : You can put the image html in Column shortode. Have a look: https://prnt.sc/i4s8j4 Simply add image from Add media , copy html and put in column element. it will help you add html and shortcodes inside page builder.

3. SHORTCODES See difference in wordpress editor and Westand page builder here : WordPress editor do not allow to add special characters. BUT we do have made them compatible with page builder of westand. You can copy same shortcode and put in Columns element of page builder to get it work.

4. Any plugin that is not tested and recommended with westand is not supported.

I purchased the template had many issues on localhost. I migrated to a web server and opened a ticket. No one answered me for ten days. What gives? The template does not DISPLAYS the “services” section in Chrome Browser, but does in Edge/IE – this is a BIG ISSUE for me and if I get no support and help, I am asking for a refund. Unacceptable.

Google Map functionality isn’t working and your change log doesn’t list a fix? It says there is an issue with the Map API.
Hi @henslecd , Google have changed his policies about showing Google maps on your site. This alteration is made by Google to acquire Google Map API key for Google Maps. Please follow your ticket#855677 along with admin and ftp login details so that support agent can add API key for you.

Every now and then (it doesn’t happen all the time), I am getting all of these errors about line 241 of the functions-theme.php. The page still loads, but all this appears at the bottom. What is the problem?

Hi, I purchased this them 2 years ago. I love the theme and have used it to create another site as well. I’m now encountering an issue on one of my sites where I am unable to customize the them, add or edit the content on of my pages on the backend, and access the screen option tab in the dashboard. Hi, I started this support ticket #643150. However, the last time I heard back from you was on 8/30/2016 and today is 9/21/2016. The menu on google chrome and safari does not work on cell phone devices. If I click on a sub menu and scroll down, then the entire menu disappears. Since the last update, when adding a location to the events section, the “search this location on map” is not working, and we have to manually find it in the map by zooming and dragging the marker. Any fix for this?

1. As the theme is xml based and render through xml. As soon as you will add any special character or any html tag, it will display error at the end.
2. Yes, it can be possible via css.
3. It requires customization to put background image behind twitter feeds.

That error appears because of space at the start of file because of improper theme up gradation. Edit your following file via ftp remove the space before <?php tag in that file. Your issue will resolve.
