I am trying very hard to get this theme to work. And I am grateful for your patience.
I entered all of my agents and properties in a site running Citilights that is just not displaying correctly for whatever reason. I don’t even care why.
I just set up another wp site with Citilights in it to see if I can get it going correctly. I imported the demo data and it is looking good so far.
Is there a way for me to import my property, features and agent data from the first site to this new site without re-entering all of that data manually in the new site?

You’ll have to install an import/export CSV plugin, then using it to export properties from our theme. The exported file contain structure and list of attribute for properties and you can use your data to create a file with the same structure. Then you can import it to this theme.

POSSIBLE TO BE THE ONLY ONE CONTACTED?
A presale question pls. I plan to setup a website with this theme, but I have an issue/suggestion:
I want to be the only one that all listings will show as the contact. If Agent A lists a property, let it be my own (site owner) contact address/phone number that will show up to site users. But when users contact us about the property, we should be able to know from back end (or admin privileges) to know the actual agent that listed the property, then pass-on or contact them with the request.
The reason for this is that we are selling ourselves not as real estate agents, but as a company that uses our websites to get customers to real estate agents. This way, we stay on the good side of the law that requires in my country that you have to be a registered/chartered real estate broker before you can earn commission. I reckon with this pattern, we can reach an agreement and are rightly entitled to our commissions.

I have a problem with the tabs of the SEARCH PROPERTY options on the main page.
The items I’m talking about are
1. ALL LOCATION / ALL SUB LOCATION / ALL STATUS / ALL TYPE / etc..
The options that I encoded in Dashboard / Properties / Property Location (other tabs) are NOT SHOWING UP when you click the tabs on SEARCH PROPERTY.
Can you let me know how to edit it?
2. Also, is there a way to edit the text in the boxes. I’d like to remove the word “ALL” just make it Location / Bathroom / Bedroom / etc.
3. Is there a way to add MORE PROPERTY FILTER CHOICES in the search property bar?

Now it isn’t plain to end users where to even click for details on the properties.
Stop trying to get fancy and just make the basics work. We’d all be quite happy with that.

It seems it’s a simple caching problem. Your site cached the old version of our CSS file. Please clear your cache, by cache plugins or CloudFlare and see if it resolves this issue.

Not only did I clear the cache, I copied the site to a staging site, deactivated ALL plugins, deleted ALL of my Custom CSS and the labels are still wrong. (I sent you the login details to the staging site in your forums.)
And how do we disable the sharing buttons? Nobody with any sense is going to share a property that they are looking at buying because someone else may see it and outbid them. It would just drive the cost of the home higher.
If they were considering renting a home, another person could rent it first if they see the shared listing online. IMHO, the sharing links can only harm people looking for homes on any site using this theme.

i have a few presale questions. rather than for real estate, i’m looking at using this for offering home plans.
we are going to sell the house plans online, are we able to put a “Buy This Plan” button on the individual Property Listing page and have it added to the WooCommerce cart?
is it possible to adjust the search criteria in the slider? since we are not showing real estate we do not need locations, sub-locations, status. but would want to add number of garage spaces and possibly a few other criteria.
using the slider that does not have the map (as we just want a hero image), is it possible to remove the info bar across the center of the slider and More Details button? we just want the hero image and the search box below the slider.
this could be just how the demo is rendering on the desktop browser, but when i adjust the size of screen to the vertical mobile option (in the top header bar), a large white box shows below the slider. does that empty space show up for a live site?
individual property page: are we able to edit the Property Detail options listed (some we don’t need and others we would want to add)? are we able to change out Recent with Similar Properties and able to tag (wanting to show other 3 bedroom plans if customer is looking at a 3 bedroom)? are we able to add/edit features in the Property Features section? in the Property Features rather than the X next to those features not available, are we able to just not show those items that are not included in that plan?

1. I’m sorry, there’s no custom button “By this plan”. We only have the shortcode for the pricing table: http://wp.nootheme.com/citilights/pricing-table/
2. You can adjust the criteria in our search form. You can add your custom fields as well.
3. There’s no option to remove the info bar, but we can help you with a simple CSS code.
4. When you adjust the size of the screen, our page doesn’t adapt to the new size so you see the white space. If you view it on the mobile you will see it looks normal. Or you can try refreshing the page while in the small size, you’ll see the change.
5. You can edit the property detail options. We have a good custom fields function for properties and agents. We have a Similar Property section beneath the property detail: http://wp.nootheme.com/citilights/properties/visalia-ca-93277/
6. There’s no tag for properties. You can add/remove/edit the property features, and there’s one option for you to not show the features that aren’t available.

i don’t think i worded my first question very well. is it possible to create a button that can be used for a link on the Property Listing Page? ideally it would be an add to cart button but if that isn’t possible can i just create a button that would open up a link to the woocommerce purchase page – from there being added to the cart.
