Im really having trouble changing the GET QUOTE color box from yellow to red, i have changed the color of the row, which changed most of the box to red, but there is still an area where the “GET QUOTE” is yellow, how do i change it?
I saw your solution from a year ago but that does not longer work as you can’t change color on the button anymore?

Hm… I add new ticket, but support is on the hollyday :-/ I mean, dysfunctional maps are a problem for everyone who bought the theme (2k)...
I know, solution is clasic iframe google maps, not use your custom Google Maps VC widget.

You may want to know that Structure’s Google Maps VC widgets need to be updated in order to be compliant with the new Google Maps API key requirement for new domains after 22 of June 2016.
If you are already aware of it, or that was already addressed, then nevermind

I upgraded to Version 4.0 today today, and I still have 4 updates to make, but those are not updating. They are with their errors:
1. An error occurred while updating Essential Grid: Download failed. A valid URL was not provided.
2. An error occurred while updating Revolution Slider: Download failed. A valid URL was not provided.
3. An error occurred while updating ThemeMove Core: Download failed. A valid URL was not provided.
4. An error occurred while updating Visual Composer: Download failed. A valid URL was not provided.
What should I do to fix the problem?

Firstly, great theme. Lovely to look at and up until now very easy to customise. Nice clean, simple design with great features. What seems to be the issue with the structure cdn? Sample data appears to be disappearing messing up my design/ development? Shortcuts also seem to be affected? What is the issue? I created a ticket as well (#7085) for the same issue where required plugins will not update. Also the bread crumbs on my site have disappeared since I updated the theme.
Even though my support has “expired” I should at least have the broken items fixed on the theme I purchased.

7 days on a support ticket now and you didn’t answer ? it’s mentioned on your template that it’s support RTL directions , beside many bugs and you keep say to people that your developers will fix the problem , my problem not fixed yet , is this how you treat your clients ? I just want to know

As we have mentioned, all our themes don’t support RTL, and we have not advertised this feature on our description page. About demo of feature pages, this is just a demo, and we see there are some issues with it, that’s why we don’t say that “Hey, our theme supports RTL”.
Our developer firstly mentioned this issue, and ask for your sympathy. Don’t be angry, if you feel unsatisfied, you have another way to do. If you don’t want to, just make it your own way. No problem.

Hi,
We have been using your theme Structure which we find very good. However when we logged in yesterday to do some updates we noticed that the Visual Composer is now not displaying the content blocks in Backend Editor, when we go to Classic Mode we can see the content code. This was working before and when I checked the plugins it’s not saying that Visual Composer needs updating.
I purchased and did an install of the latest version of the Visual Composer plugin, the Visual Composer is working in the dashboard but the site is not displaying correctly.
I then saw there is an update available for the theme so I updated to the latest version, and the display issue is worse. Can you please advise how to fix this or if we should be running an earlier version of Visual Composer that is compatible with the theme? If so can you provide me with the necessary files?

You should extend your support period via your ThemeForest dashboard, it will be convenient in case you need help.
To be honest I shouldn’t have to do this, the functionality of the theme stopped and I have already invested in the latest version of Visual composer in order to try and rectify this. I only bought this theme a year ago and would expect that it would continue to function at a basic level and updates to work.
Are you saying that you will not address this mess which came about as your theme did not update properly without me purchasing the additional support?
