Hi, I just uploaded my new site from localhost to the web server and I[m getting an error with my google maps that says:

I imported all dummy data but it has no pages like your demo website. From what I have read in the documentation I have to create each page myself! Thats not normally how dummy data works… normally the dummy data makes your website look identical to the demo website and they you just customise as needed. Can you provide the dummy data needed for the inner pages?

I would like a refund please. I expected to be able to easily import dummy data as described in the sales page. I did not realise I would have to wait almost 24 hours for each reply and then hand over my server login details, database details and FTP info. I appreciate you trying to get to the bottom of this issue and resolve it but I dont have the time to sit waiting until you have the time to do it. Im sure your support team is very busy helping other buyers ( your support forums have many users needing help I can see ).

Another thing I noticed is each time some one from your support logged in to my website they disabled the “coming soon” page plugin and left the website with a 404 error page. Each time I had to re-enable it so the client or anyone else would not see that. Thats not good practice, it happened about 3 times. I have now changed the password so you cant do this again.

This has dragged on long enough I have asked for a refund two times and requested one through Themeforest you are delaying me in getting the job completed. I never have any other issues with any other themes from Themeforest, just your one! Can you just refund the money and I will purchase the them I have already verified to work on my server and we can all move on from this poor experience.

I was refused a refund after 3 days of these guys having admin access to my website. They claim the problem was my host although no proof of this was shown now was any reason or explanation given. They have lied to me and taken my money. Yesterday they carried out an update on the theme and only 2 issues were fixed… one of those was improving demo installation data! This shows that the problem was not mine but theirs. Why issues that update if the problem was my hosts! This is theft. I wont let this drop. Refund my money or I will be forced to open a Paypal dispute against Evanto.

Please take our apologies for any inconvenience caused. However, we are forced to refuse a refund. The theme works without any errors and fully functional. The problems that you have encountered – do not depend on our theme. The issue was related to your server settings. We investigated the issue and released the update with updated dummy data installed which is revised for chip servers.

Please, note that support is a cooperation where success depends on correct approach from both parties. You have not provided us with all the data for access to our operator tried other methods of installing demo data. It’s a pity, because it is very much limited our opportunities to help you with installation.

presale question. I see that this theme comes with 4 preconfigured color schemes for the global color. Is it possible to easily integrate a custom color without the need of css changes on the backend? Also does the theme get updated as the core of wordpress gets updates as well?

Yes you are totally right, all the elements that didn’t change the colour need to be changed in the css.

256Mb will be enough for our theme and plugins to function properly.

last question, in reading through the documentation it states “In order to make the theme look exactly as at demo page you need to install recommended plugins”. will I have to purchase those additional plugins as well, or are they included in the purchase of the theme?

All the plugins are included in the package so you don’t need to purchase anything.

Hi, Should importing dummy data also import stub posts and pages? Running WP v4.5.2 and the import dummy data tool says it’s completed successfully but no pages or posts exist.

Our theme works with Wordpress 4.5 but you will need to request latest Visual Composer version for full functionality. Shortly we will make an update and include this version into the package.

Yes it is included in the package but if you are using wordpress 4.5 you will need plugin update. This plugin is not free.
