You can edit contact form and another wording via theme translating. There are language files included in themes packages. It can be done in a few ways:
1. installing of extra plugin (WPML or some another one)
2. external software using, e.g. Poedit (https://poedit.net/ , goo.gl/QB4jEM​
3. using PO Compser included in the theme (can be switched ON at Theme Options -> Services; then available under Tools or Appearance menu, please refer to theme documentation)
However if you need to change number of fields or their type, you should create custom form with element of Visual Composer

it was an automatic updated from my hosting, i have a backup but it reset my global options on the updated don’t know how.

1. You can customize the gallery styles within the functionality of Essential grid Gallery (http://essential.themepunch.com/)
2. The events you can see in the slider is ones inserted with one shortcode . it means you will need to rebuild the slider to your needs to insert texts of events and background associated to each manually or use some extra extension to cover this requirement.

Is Essential grid Gallery included on Jarvis theme? Or Should I buy this separately? Thanks.

However for changing colors of each category events dates extra codes should be added.

There’s no XML included, most of demo data is to be downloaded from our servers via Install dummy data tool (available in admin panel after theme installation).

The problem with speed can be in Content Timeline plugin (when it’s showing events) plus server settings, however it’s not too slow to make a problem.
