Hi Chris … I’m not able to open the theme forest webpage after it downloads. On my laptop it only downloaded the html files but no ‘welcome to Wordpress etc ’. No dashboard page … etc. I can’t open the file at all on my iPad … extremely frustrating. Can you help?

Hello, How can i change fields on search bar at header ? I dont want long keyword and area fields in there. It should be nice if its possible to select option drag and drop fields to bar for header search like advanced search options.
The more search fields (when hitting the plus button) use the drag & drop search field manager just like the normal search however the keyword, city & state are hard coded you would need to create a child theme, duplicate the includes folder and modify the header-advanced-search.php template to change the main fields.
Ohh, its too bad, this “header search” will show on all pages and cant we change ?? its not fair, I think. Most important 3 or 4 fields must be in options at theme settings :/
The other problem is when hitting the plus button, select boxes arent working.
You can change the main fields to whatever you’d like by using the process I’ve explained above.

I’m usually good with CSS, but I have a dumb question.
I took some of the fields out of the advanced search, now its shorter width and left justified. I’d like to re-center the elements, but I can’t figure out how via the dashboard or the stylesheets. Any help would be great.

First thanks for your purchase! There’s been issues with Envatos API across the board for a couple days now that’s why the purchase code is giving that error. Sounds like the theme didn’t upload fully is r commend deleting it and trying again if you’re still having the issue I would recommend manually uploading via FTP there’s steps for that in the documentation as well. It could be your server has either a very low upload limit or max execution time which is causing a partial theme upload.

thank you for your prompt reply . i have tried to upload via ftp and upload from the wordpress and i did everything but nothing at all is happening , the same error don’t change , i have followed all your steps in the docs and i have removed the data base many time and but nothing is changing , always the same error . i liked the theme and it took me 2 weeks checking many theme , until i decided this is theme i need but it is now a big problem for me i can not work or finish my work . i have bought in the 23rd and until now 24 hours i am trying to install . if you have any advise or help , i want to send you a ticket for support but even this is impossible

Searching with the lot size fields does not work properly. I enter “1” in the “From” field and “10” in the “To” field, and it finds all the properties…

Recent posts do not display, unless logged into wordpress. The section is recent news on the home page which is being pulled from page builder 3. http://livinglasolas.com/parallax-las-olas-real-estate/ Recent News does not display to the general public. They are accessible from the blog page.
That could be due to Envatos API I would try creating another ticket, if you’re still having trouble you’ll need to contact Envatos support to work that out, thanks for your understanding.

Okay. I want to add a call to action button in between various sections that will trigger a lightbox form. I have a plugin for that, however, can I add that button in there in such a way that it will show on every listing page? Specifically, if a listing was to be added using the front end form.

The modifications you would require are going to be adding more custom fields for the different prices and then creating a child theme http://contempothemes.com/wp-real-estate-7/documentation/#child-theme, then copying the layouts folder from the parent and modifying grid.php.
