I am looking for a theme very EASY to be customized to be used to create a website to RENT RC MODELS (similar to rent cars). I already have bought the various woocomerce plugins. But my question is: is it possible with this theme to create a renting website just using the visual composer? For example adding the box to rent, or the chart page and so on. Thanks Fabio

It can be difficult to determine what you need without being privy to the finer details, but I can confirm that Avada is 100% compatible and design integrated with the Woocommerce plugin
Avada is highly flexible and customisable, but some of the interbed functionality you will need would affect the Woo plugin more. I would suggest taking a closer look at the developer documentation and available extensions
However you may need to customize the plugin itself, is up to what you need to achieve and this does not really have a bearing on Avada

Hi, I am not able to create a support ticket, keeps giving me an error that website is offline. hence I am asking my query here, I am trying to add Google map but gives me an error that “Google Maps API error: MissingKeyMapError https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/error-messages#missing-key-map-error" in the console. Do I need to apply for an api or it comes with the theme when we buy one. Please advise

We do not have any reported issues with our ticket system, they are coming in as we speak, so please try that again. In terms of the issue you are experiencing please make sure that you update to the latest version of Avada and thereafter apply all available patches provided

Hi, what exactly is a lightbox for image frame? And how does the galleryID work. When I add the same gallery ID to multiple images, nothing changes on the page. What should I expect to happen?
The reason I am asking is that I want to have two equal sized image frames next to each other. But the images that I upload into them are not the same aspect ratio, so I want the frame to handle that. Any way to do that?

Hello, Avada is best theme but I have little problem with menu. When I have submenu, I must doubleclick to open site. Do you have any idea howt o fix it? That happend on Chrome and IE. Edge and firefox works normal.

Hello, I still hesitate to buy your highly customizable theme, just for one detail, but this detail is very important to me. I actually host a sports club website, and we have many teams playing 7 games each season. I’d like to display game results, but during my visite of the demo, i couldn’t find anything like this. Have you something that could allow me to do this, or maybe an idea? Something like the 3 tab block on this page http://avada.theme-fusion.com/home-version-5/ where i could display the results would be perfect.

You could use the tabs element as seen on that demo page, all you need to do is edit the element and to it add your information. You may need to format it some, but that depends on what you need it to be displayed like

Thanks for your answer, I think something like a table modified with some bootstrap like (success, warning etc …) for the colour of the background depending on the result could fit perfectly to my needs. Do you know if plugin “tablepress” fit well with Avada ? Or is there already something to do a table into the tabs element ?

You can try to create any kind of layout with our different shortcodes, however what you are looking for i have a feeling it will require some custom work at some point. I have never personally tried a plugin myself so can’t really drop a solid recommendation here for now.

Only the logo + Menu area will be converted to sticky header for now, however we are going to include the top header inside the sticky header too in our future versions, for now you can simply use a custom CSS to assign fixed position to complete header in order to make it sticky.

Hi ThemeFusion, I have a question regarding Avada Theme licence.
I am participating in a small wordpress study group which just launched and we are group of 15. I haven’t asked every individual but it seems that around half of us have bought Avada theme via Themeforest including myself(I have two Avada Theme licences, both for my commercial websites).
My question is that would it be possible to use the Avada theme for strictly learning purposes within the study group by publishing on multiple websites without violating your terms & conditions regarding licence?

Thank you for asking about that, but unfortunately we do not set the licensing rules. According to Envato’s licensing terms and conditions -> https://themeforest.net/licenses/terms/regular – you will need a license per domain install of the theme. There is no provision for education licensing or usage as you have explained it here.

Seriously? 5.0 wow talk about “big bang” cosmic expansion for the buck..
way back when I purchased this theme I was thinking I hope they do steady updates.. “it is a big seller” I am thinking..
Well 4.0 alone was like a new universe.. So now you plan to go to 5? Maybe 11?
I now think Theme fusion is maybe the top theme crew on the net period..
the price seems steady for a new purchase and you just keep pumping up the jams.. I have seen the light..

Avada support correct title tag/atr for images (lightbox, gallery ets) ? I faced this problem on some themes.

Avada’s lightbox’s use the the title/caption set on the image in your media library. You can see examples of this on our Agency demo’s portfolio items:

If you load the page above and scroll down, you will see a grid of portfolio items that have a lightbox option. The text at the top of the item is the title set in the media library.

We used Avada 4.0.2, We are in china and we can not use any google service，So we must cancel all google service ,especially google fonts, or our website is very slow when opened ,We already change the fonts to standard from google fonts at Typography, but we found it still loaded google fonts from fonts.googleapis.com, Please tell us how to cancel all google fonts loading ?Best RegardsHello @Anzigcom.

After 13 steps of “Updating Avada Database Entries” my site is down. it say “Fusion-Core plugin need to be update” but then it starts the update all over again … and again, and again …

Hi Avada, I love the theme. But I have a question. For portfolio pages, you can set up to 5 (default) featured images. This works, but my images are of different size and the theme scales each one to fill the container of the slide show. Any way to not make it do that?
And more: is there a way for it too show the featured images next to each other in columns instead of a slideshow?

Hey @rvddungen!
You can set your featured images to be ‘fixed’ in your Theme Options -> Portfolio -> Portfolio Featured Image Size. This will use the cropped thumbnail that is created by Avada so the images are the same size.
In regards to your second question, this currently isn’t possible with Avada out of the box. You would need to insert them as a gallery or individual images on the single portfolio page to have them appear that way outside of the slider.
