The theme doesn’t use any caching plugin or .htaccess for caching purpose, also gzip compression is disabled in server right now. The theme is optimized to work with plugins like W3 Total Cache or WP Super Cache which generates cached html files for each page of your site. We will install the caching plugin in the morning and the speed score will go up to A, thank you.

Just to let you know. If we disable the Embed media (Youtube/Vimeo/SoundCloud) from the home page, without using a plugin for caching purpose we get a page score of A (93%) = https://gtmetrix.com/reports/anthemes.com/uZQdU9fN The theme have an option to disable the videos from the homepage and display instead, a featured image.
