Hey @ruplikmastik!
We do have the top bar functionality and it comes with two content areas. You can input the content for these sections via Avada’s Theme Options, however these fields are not built to use any visual editor, they are regular text fields.
It sounds like the functionality you’re after would need to be added via a third party plugin. I’m afraid I haven’t used one personally, so I can’t recommend any specific plugins, sorry!
Thanks!

Hi, i am using your theme, when i update the permalink it is not working, may i know how to fix this?TQ
Hey @amyyenyen!
Hmm, there are no outstanding issues with Avada the WordPress’ permalinks. We’re going to need to take a closer look at your site to know what’s going here. Can you please head on over to our support center to submit a ticket? A member of our team will be assigned and respond as soon as possible.

Cannot submit the ticket, as my license is over….
Did you purchase before September 1st 2015? If so see this post: https://theme-fusion.com/avada-doc/getting-started/grandfathered-support/
We (ThemeFusion) were able to grandfather in anyone for free before that time. After that time is handled by Envato though and their new support policy.
The issue you are reporting is not one we know of or can replicate so would need to check it out. You can try to disable any new plugins, clear cache, reset permalinks, etc to see if it helps. If not, we’d need to look at it closer.
Thanks
I have try disable your theme, and use other theme, it works perfect, only using your theme, will not able to use the permalink.
TQ
Hi there
The thing is, the permalinks function is a WordPress function and does not have anything to do with the theme itself. Often if permalink is not working, it can be down to the servers .htaccess file not existing or not being writable
The only way that we would be able to check this and help you is for you to create a support ticket so that our team can take a closer look and help you
We (ThemeFusion) did not have anything to do with the paid support initiative that Envato introduced in September 2015, in fact we in turn decided to Grandfather customers that had purchased prior to the 1st of September, 2015 -> http://bit.ly/1SwDKpe

Hey @clickcanyon!
As you’re using the latest version of WordPress, you will also need to update to the latest version of Avada (4.0.3). As you’re on quite an old version, it’s recommended that you update to Avada 3.9.4 first and then to Avada 4.0.3. You can find all the information about this process here:
https://theme-fusion.com/avada-doc/install-update/important-update-information/
If you have any issues with the update, please head on over to our support center to submit a ticket. A member of our team will be assigned and respond as soon as possible.

Hello,
I have a problem using the iLightbox gallery plugin. As you can see here: http://temp.penelis.com/en/portfolio/vrbani-shopping-center-in-zagreb-croatia/ when you click on an image at the bottom of the page, the full size gallery pops-up. The problem is that the images are not shown in full-size! I cannot find relevant settings on this. How can I fix this?
Thank you in advance.
Ok I just found the solution for this. Thank you anyways

I purchased the theme about 8 months ago and the fusion slider is no longer working. I have read that if you have already purchased this theme and it came with it, I could get the code to update or use the updated version of the slider. Website slider is currently not working. I would appreciate any info. If need be, I will purchase the Fusion Slider program again but wanted to find out beforehand. Thanks!
Hey @lcruzphotography!
Fusion Slider is included as part of Avada and it can’t be purchased separately at the moment. Can you please provide us with a few more details about what’s happening with your slider? Is it not appearing on the page at all, or is the just constantly loading?
We may need to take a closer look at your site to properly assess what the issue is and the best way to resolve it. Can you please head on over to our support center to submit a ticket?

hello. is there a way to use a text block and a button next to each other and bring them closer together?
Hey @icevisioncreative!
Yes, you could include the button shortcode inside the text element, which will bring it pretty close. You can then use custom CSS to move either the button or the text into the position that you’re after.

Hi there!
I can’t beleive this theme has been here since 2012 and I never stumbled upon it!!. Well congratulations on this awesomeness. I have a pre-purchase question. I have a website divided into 4 categories, for instance, Film, Tech, Fashion, Literature. My intention is to install 4 different designs for these four different categories. However, I want to have a little banner on the right (like your cogwheel) which can be toggled to display the other THREE when one is on a certain page.. just like you are displaying your different designs. What I am wondering however is;
1) Can I adopt this on my site too
2) If yes, can I make these clickable so as to take the user to the very page they represent?
Thanks in advance
Noma
Oh one more thing I forgot, The mobile menu is not responding smoothly.
One has to really PRESS down on it (in which case sometimes the function fails)
Is this a temporary thing or was it made to be like this.
(I was testing your demos on an android 6.0)
(??)
Hey @nomadin!
Each of the Avada demo’s are an individual installation of Avada and each of those sites have their own set of theme options. So while it would be technically possible to have your site display the different styling on different pages, it would require a significant amount of custom CSS, or a different installation of WordPress/Avada for each section. These installations wouldn’t share posts or pages and would essentially act as separate websites that simply link to each other.
In regards to the toggle widget on our live demo’s, that element isn’t actually included in the Avada theme, it was custom made for the purpose of our live demo.
The issue with the mobile menu is a strange one, there should be no need for anything more than a regular tap on mobile devices. We don’t currently have any outstanding reports for the mobile menu. Could you please let me know which demo and which menu item you were having any issue with so we can double check it from our end?
Thanks!
Ryan
Hi there! I am very interested about the theme! I like to build a business page in 4 languages. Englisch, German, Spanisch, Portugues. Can I use Qtranslate-X or any other Language plugin to do so. Do you have recommendations? We want to make real translations – and not the google thing.
Greetings Martin
Hi there
One recommendation we can make is to use the WPML multi language plugin, it is 100% compatible with Avada -> http://bit.ly/1Q1Kxdi
It is a comprehensive plugin that has a ton of features that make it easy to manage multiple languages in Avada

Looks like your demo site is having some problems.
Hi there
Thank you, that is resolved now, so please go ahead and check again
Thank you, MB
A basic html content such an image with map links, works correctly if used by computers but don’t work on tablets. Why?
Hi there
Can we ask you to elaborate on this? Are you referring to one of our demos or your own site?
Thank you, MB
I love your theme for my website. I noticed for some reason the footer of my website have changed from my copyright information to a logo of a client of mine (Edwards Commercial Real Estate) when I view it on my phone. It looks fine on desktops. Please advise how I can fix this. Thx
Hi there
mmmm, we would need to take a closer look at the footer and the installations settings in order to provide some guidance here. Please create a support ticket using the link below and our support team will gladly assist you

Hey there! Presale question.
1. Is it possible to have something like page in page? An example to make it more clear what I mean: If you have a metro list of several Services. Then you click on one service and something like a lightbox with additional information is showing up. You can interact with it or close it again and you see all services again. Is this possible? I think it’s called “Ajax contents”
2. Is it possible to show the fixed floating sidebar on mobile? Is there custom code needed, and is it easy to use? (I’m familiar with coding). Is it even included?
Kind Regards and thank you in advantage, Cyrill
Hi there
To answer your questions:
1 – mmmm, can you provide me with a working example of this? Just so that I am clear on exactly what you are trying to achieve
2 – Avada does not have a fixed floating sidebar when viewed on a mobile device. A custom solution would need to be implemented to achieve this,a s you describe it

Hey there! Thanks for your fast feedback. Sorry for the late response
1. Something like that: “http://wpthemers.net/products/plugins/ajax-portfolio-grid/” or that “http://preview.codecanyon.net/item/pro-grid-ajax-post-custom-post-display-filter/full_screen_preview/10457623?_ga=1.67613457.1012405082.1473874318” I think you know what I mean. So I can add services. I think those arent the best looking ones, but I think you know what I mean.
2. okay. sad thing, but I think I can do that somehow.
looking forward to it
Thanks a lot, Cyrill
Hey Cyrill,
At the moment we don’t have an element specifically for loading another page inside the lightbox, only images. I believe iLightbox is capable of doing this, but it’s a feature that we would need to adopt in a future version of Avada.
If this is something you would like to see, please feel free to email your suggestions through to support@theme-fusion.com with “Avada Suggestion” in the title so that it can be reviewed by our development team.
Thanks!
Ryan
Hey Cyrill,
I forgot to mention that you may be able to use modal element with an iframe inside it to achieve something similar to the lightbox effect you’re after. Examples of our modal elements can be seen here:
http://avada.theme-fusion.com/modal-popup/
Thanks!
Ryan
Hey Ryan,
Thanks a lot for this fast support. I think this theme will be a good option.
Also thanks for the example. I haven’t seen this, but this seems like a handy tool. Can I use thes shortcodes (?) in combination with a Portfolio or services? I think so, right?
Alos I checkt the demos a bit mor and found these Tabs: http://avada.theme-fusion.com/agency/services/
Probably also something usefull, not the same but still usefull
Also good to hear you are listening to suggestions. That makes everything easier.
For this sidebar I’ll probably check the Wordpress Plugins in the Web or code something like that myself. Maybe I’ll add a Suggestion for that, haha
Kind Regard and thanks a lot, Cyrill
Yes you can use shortcodes on any page or post, as long as I am understanding you correctly

Hello I have a question, I would like to buy this theme. But Im looking for a function where I can sell E-tickets to clients and have an agenda to post other events where they can buy tickets. Is this possible with Avada?
Hi there
Yes, there are two ways that you can go about this with Avada.
The first option is the Woocommerce plugin. Avada is 100% compatible and design integrated with the Woocommerce eCommerce plugin as showcased in this demo -> http://bit.ly/1tjdXfa
To that end you will then need the Woocommerce ticketing extension -> http://bit.ly/2celVRp
The second option is Events Calendar plugin. Avada is 100% compatible and design integrated with the Events Calendar plugin as showcased in this demo -> http://bit.ly/1pMAuPN
To that end you will then need the Events Tickets Plus ticketing extension -> http://bit.ly/2aV2nOE (Events calendar also then work in tandem with the Woo plugin)

Can I install it on two my websites?
Hey @faustostartup!
If you wish to use Avada of two different websites, you will need to purchase two individual licences, as per the Envato market rules:
https://themeforest.net/licenses/standard
Thanks!
Ryan
Hi,
Will you provide license code for layer slider & revolution slider? so that I can update these premium plugins?
Thanks
Hello!
Actually no theme that bundles those plugins (or any plugin) can provide an individual license to auto update them because that breaks license rules. When themes bundle premium plugins like that, they are required to update them with the theme update. So each time we issue a theme update, we issue the plugin updates as well.
It’s always worked out great and there are big benefits to this. A) it allows our team to fully test the new plugin version to make sure it’s fully compatible, and
if there is ever a really important plugin update, like for security, etc, we will issue a theme update immediately to take care of it.
But it’s important to note, the plugins are the exact individual plugins you would buy separately, and work exactly the same. They just do not provide auto updates as the plugin authors only offer that when you purchase an individual license from them. Which is a nice added feature and helps support them and the hard work they continue to do when issuing updates.
Hope that clears it up!
Question about version 5.0… I really like the mobile menu on sites like the below, where it slides in from the side. Will this be an option with the new version of Avada?
[removed]
Hello,
You can already have slide in menus in v4, the photography demo shows this. Currently it is set to “fade”: http://avada.theme-fusion.com/photography/
However with our advanced theme options panel, you can set it to any of these:http://d.pr/i/1dUfK
Also, we have a sliding bar that comes from the top as well that can be configured with widgets, and works on mobile.
Lastly very sorry but we had to have the link removed to the other theme in your comment as that is not allowed since it is a page that allows you to buy.
Thanks!
Oh wow, I didn’t know it was already available! Okay well that’s awesome
No worries about the link removal! Thanks!
Fantastic, glad to of shared that with you
We’re always here if you have more questions!
Cheers!
One last thing. When selecting the Flyout menu, it says it only works with Header #6. Is there any way to have a standard horizontal menu as well as have the Flyout menu?
Hey @mrittman!
At the moment there are no options to implement both the regular menu and the flyout menu at the same time. If this is a feature you would like to see added to Avada, please take the time to email your suggestion through to support@theme-fusion.com with “Avada Suggestion” in the title so that it can be reviewed by our development team.
Thanks!
Ryan

Hi There before I renew support is there any chance you can tell if you think this is an issue with the theme and fixable:
Jquery error on every page – AVADA Version 3.8.3 WP v4.6
Uncaught Error: Syntax error, unrecognized expression: [href=#]
Hello!
If you are on WP 4.6, you need to be on the latest Avada, which is 4.0.3. WP 4.6 changed jquery so that update is needed and that should fix your issue without any problems.
Also in regards to support, if you bought before September 1st 2015, see this file, you’ll be happy
