Dear Team, I have carefully read everything about the translation but it simply doesn’t work (for me….). Maybe I overlook someting. Help would be appreaciated. I use a child theme. I copied the map LANGUAGES from the default theme. In this map two folders: default.mo and default.po. I went to your PO Composer, uploaded the childtheme .po file, did some changes, but nothing happens. But I can see on the server the changes have taken place. So what could be the matter? (For instance I changed: Vacancies to Dutch word Vacatures, but to no avail.
Also I read about how to change the calender, but I cannot for the life of me find out where.
And how to translate the plugins?
Translations are the most important part when you want a website convenient for someone in your own country, so I think this cannot be underestimated.
As I said, any help will be appreciated, it is time for me to finish this theme, this way it is too complicated. Kind regards, Josh Haijer

In order to translate your theme, you should edit .po file on your server. Please get more infromation about theme localization here https://axiom.ticksy.com/article/3976/. Do not forget to recheck if your WordPress admin panel language coincides with languange you specifed while theme translation. In case you faced any difficulties with theme localization, please feel free to reach our technical team at https://themerex.ticksy.com/ so they could take a closer look at the issue and determine what was done wrong.
All the plugins which you are using on your website must be translated separately using plugin documentation. Please let me know what plugin would you like to translate so I can find needed user’s guides for you.

I need help! For some odd reason – we didn’t do anything with the site – the special pages just don’t work. These are the pages : Activity, Members, Groups, Calendar … these are the pages that are set up by the theme and they worked absolutely perfectly until now, and then since yesterday there is just a blank page. Can you please let me know what’s happening and how to restore these pages to actually work?

Basically such kind of issues may have lots of reasons connected to intermittent server errors which might be harmful for your website content. Please make sure you did not install any third party plugins which are not compatible with a theme. Unfortunately we have no chance to investigate this error without server error log and theme files access. You may try to recover website content from database backup if you have such one. Be free to contact your hosting provider asking if he has created a backup of your website database. In case you still experience some problems with your website content, we would stongly recommend you to extend your support perioud and submit a request for our technical team asking to take a look at the problem for you. Ok I was able to find the problem. For some reason the BuddyPress plugin was deactivated. Once activated it works

Dear team, I just bought this theme, but I just cannot install it. This is the first time this happens to me – it is very stressy…. I think I read all the instructions, php my sql versions all ok. I cannot upload through Wordpress itself. I included php.ini but to no avail. The wheel keeps turning and then I get a page which says: Are you sure you want to do this” and then nothing. So I tried through FTP. That works in so far that I can see the theme in the backend, but when I trie to activate it, it all goes wrong and I can’t even return to my backend. Then I have to manually remove the theme to go back to Wordpress. My host says everything is allright, I had Woffice to try, that worked also. Only this theme doesn’t show up. What can the matter be?
I’ve been busy from this morning to get it working, I hope you can give me a clue….

You can use Social login Plugin to add an option for your users to login over Google+ account. In order to restrict website access, you can enable corresponding function in the admin panel. In such a case you can be sure that non logged in users will see your website content.

Hello, pre-sales question as the theme is amazing and I loved it:
1) I have a company with 100+ different users, each with its own info, and graphics, and etc.
Can I have different dashboards for each user? For user A, info ‘this’, info ‘that’, some tips and notes all regarding user A and for user B, info this and info that regarding user B, etc?
Practical example: I make a bar-graphic of user A general performance, and want that to be only in his dashboard. User B has its own graphic, user C his own, etc.
This demands a lot of work or just some work? I have coding background so if possible, please let me know.

1. Theme does not include an option to contact users and upload assignments for them. You can check subscribers list in the admin panel. To send an email you can use your own email account or some third party plugin such as MailChimp.
2. You can disable Register button in your admin panel to be sure that only logged-in users can check your website.
3. Theme does not have paid membership option. However, you can try to find third party plugin to add the feature you need. Be advised that we can not guarantee that third party tools will be compatible with our theme.
Installed but having an issue searching for Users. Product advertises Users directory but community, site search and buddypress do not have a search that returns the users.

1. You can enable an option which allow logged in users to see your website content. There is no verification feature in the theme by default. You can try to create a custom registration form over code editing or third party plugins. Please pay attention that we can not guarantee that third party tools will work properly with our theme. Alliance theme uses Simple Members login plugin. Default theme does not include social login function.
2. You can easily disable community feature from your website.
3. You can check scores in Statistics sections from the admin panel.
