If you are using the horizontal thumbnails, you can use the code below
add_action('woocommerce_product_thumbnails', 'your function name', 20);If you are using the vertical thumbnails, you should copy the gon/woocommerce/single-product/product-image.php file to your child theme. You add a new hook ( do_action(‘your_hook_name’); ) before the closing div tag at the bottom. And then you add function to your hook.

Pleasy try showing only the plain text, don’t use shortcode. If it works, you will check your shortcode to make sure that it exists and works fine.

1) If you only want to add the external link to the product, you won’t need to use the third party plugin. WooCommerce supports this feature by default https://woocommerce.com/videos/woocommerce-external-affiliate-product-overview/.
2) Because we don’t add the link to banners . You can add the link easily in backend.
3) WooCommerce also support coupon by default. For more information, you can read this article https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/coupon-management/.

To change the background url, you go to Appearance > Background > Background Image tab. You click the Remove button. If you don’t see the Remove button, you will select a new image > save change > remove it.
To change google font url, you go to Slide Revolution > edit a slider. You click the CSS Global button. You will see the url in popup. Please see my screenshot http://prnt.sc/cjuooj.

It seems that you didn’t read description . It will use the fonts from another link instead of google font. For example, your current google font url is https://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=open+sans. It will become “the link which you input”open+sans.
Please note that it is only used for the links which are added by Revolution Slider.

1. Does this theme work with DOKAN Marketplace Plugin? I need it to work so I can start building my site. 2. Your demo shop only shows 4/5 products in a row . Can that be changed to show 6 per row and won’t break the Deal Product Display? 3. I will be using this theme in China. So page.Post titles as well as content have to be in Chinese FONTs. Can that be done with your theme ? 4. Spacing between the Home page slider and the header menu. Can the GAP be made smaller? 5. Portfolio GRID display with filter. Can that be made with 4-6 items per row? 2 per row is too big for me. 6. Which Cache plugin is most effective for your theme?

1. Yes. Our theme is compatible with the Dokan plugin.
2. Yes. It is easy. Just change the value of the column option. About the Deal Products, if you set 6 columns, the counter will display in 2 rows. If you want to make it smaller, we will give you the custom css code.
3. It is possible. Our theme allows you to upload your custom font (.ttf) and use it.
4. It is possible. Visual Composer allows you to set margin for each row. If you want to make it smaller, you will input a negative value for the first row. Ex: margin-top: -10px;
5. It is possible. Our portfolio shortcode allows you to set 2, 3 or 4 columns.
6. You can use the W3 Total Cache plugin with our theme.

1. I need to see (FREE) DOKAN Lite Working before I am comfortable buying. By that I mean the display so things look proper with your theme. 1.1 DOKAN with some themes I tested vendor banner and vendor profile image upload don’t work with its front end Dashboard etc.. So I need to see that all these are working before buying.
2. Custom CSS to allow more products shown per row. solves one of my requirements.
3. Another thing is If the products’s images vary in size. Would that be a problem for proper display under woocommerce? Or They all have to be of the same size?
4. product image display of 800×973 is way too BIG for me. Can that be made smaller with my purchase ? Does the custom CSS code takes care of that?
My experience with woocommerce is it’s supposed to take care of the resizing matter.
5. W3 Total Cache plugin only allows Network Cache in a Multi site WP environment. I am running a MultiSite WP. and W3 Cache doesn’t cache well on some of my sites. I need an alternative Cache option please.
6. Can your theme support PAYPAL Adaptive Payment Plugin? I need that

2. No. You don’t need the custom css to change product column. Simply set column in wp admin dashboard. I mentioned the counter of the deal product (days, hours, mins, seconds). They will display on 2 rows if product column is 6. Because the width of each product is small.
3. They should be the same size. If not, it may not display properly.
4. You can change the product image size in WooCommerce Settings. But your original images should not be smaller 600px. For more information, you can read this article https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/using-the-appropriate-product-image-dimensions/.
5. Some other customers use the WP Super Cache or WP Rocket plugin. But we didn’t yet check them. If you have a good server, you won’t need to install the caching plugins. Hosting is very important. 6. We didn’t yet check this plugin. If you have the plugin package, you can send to us. We will test it for you. We didn’t yet have any problem with other payment gateway plugins.

It is a dedicated server and I am the one who is managing it. If you say it is an issue with the webserver, then the problem must persists even if I deactivate ThemeSky plugin. But it is not so.

The ThemeSky plugin contains all our shortcodes which build your page content. When you deactivate our ThemeSky plugin, our shortcodes do not work and your page size will also be reduced. So it can load completely. If you deactivate the Visual Composer plugin, it will also work. Please contact your hosting provider for help.

I need a help, as is occurring two problems with the theme: 1) When I am not logged in, even if you click the BUY button, the value is not added to cart, displaying the message “your shopping cart is empty.” The values appear only after “logged in”. 2) While having the list of “freight calculations” two choices are only showing me one, if I “SEDEX” and “PAC” and only the “PAC” option appears. It is very large. You should limit number of categories to show. With our TS Product Categories widget, you can select categories to show. The product categories widget file is located in the gon/framework/widgets folder. Its name is product_categories.php.
