Yes, through theme options you can choose any fullscreen page as the homepage for the website. Includes fullscreen video playback as the homepage too.

Hi Pedro,

The audio posts require one of the audio fields filled to generate the audio player header for the audio posts. Right now it’s not generating the audio player header as it can’t find the audio files. You can see the top space above the title is missing. Hence the alignment is off.

There’s 10 sidebars out of box. I’ve done this in a hardcoded method so there’s no chance of the sidebars being removed by accident.

You can add more by editing framework/options/options-data.php

Lines 432 to 437 is one sidebar block. You can copy this block and paste it below line 437 to generate a new sidebar choice. Make sure to increment the values there are ‘10’ to ‘11’ and so forth.

Edit functions/post-metaboxes.php

Change line 55 value 10 to your max number of sidebars.

Edit /functions/page-metaboxes.php

Same code changes to line 56

If it’s too much code you can send me a request via my profile with the number of sidebars you need available. I’ll make the changes and send you the files.

Yes, It’s a simple process. In theme options there’s a drop down menu where you can choose the fullscreen page you want displayed as front page. It can be any one of the fullscreen pages that’s supported by the theme.

You’ll need to extract the studiozen-packed-wp.zip file and upload only the studiozen folder inside it. This folder among others two files, so you can be sure. style.css and screenshot.png file.

nevermind , i figured out what i was doing, the Sidebar / widget difference confused me for a while.

my last question would be have you found any solutions to crazy Text size when it recognizes a google places location ? i.e. look at Kitehuahin.com/contact , the Text section is a “little bit too big”

Hi, I didn’t see the particular text-size. Is it in the google map?

my main issue is that on our google map over at Kitehuahin.com we have a location showing (A) , when you click A the bubble opens and its ridiculously large and its impossible to see it by zooming out / mousing over because its so big.

The slideshows and video don’t work as backgrounds for the portfolio or pages. They are currently custom post types and work as independent posts which you can link anywhere.

The portfolio gallery right now needs a type of ‘Portfolio’ chosen from the widget for it to populate the images.

If you want images from all of the portfolio types then you can save the widget settings without selecting a Portfolio type – and

edit widgets/sidebar-gallery.php

Insert the following just above line 57

if ($theportfolio=="BLANK") { $theportfolio=""; }

That should get it working.

You’ll need to edit the header-navigation.php file

And change the style of the classes .logo and .logo-menu-wrapper

Make sure to delete the DIV clear at line 23 which clears the floats.

The respective classes are in the style.css file.

What you can do is float the .logo class to the right and the .logo-menu-wrapper to the left and adjust the width of both so that it’ll fit nicely in a horizontal line.

The blog list template lists all the blog posts. This is ideal to a build with a blog list as the front page.

You can grab the link of each artist category link, browsing to this link will list all posts under the particular artist category isolating all others.

Using multiple shortcodes. Two columns which a pictureframe on one column and artist details plus a button linked to the category can showcase a good artist block.

Something like the following

[pictureframe image="Artist/path/image.jpg" lightbox="false" link="" align="left" width="150" height="150"]

You can use the shortcode generator to create the combinations.

maybe i should create an “all artists” portfolio, then a category per artist (where artist = category, in that portfolio) and finally create as many posts to “describe” the artist in his category…

following this pattern i could create an “all dancing styles” portfolio, an “all events” portfolio etc

would that fit into your theme logic ? can you please offer your advice please ?...

(one problem is that all my content goes into portfolios, ignoring WP blogging capabilities and …locking my website in your theme… which is good for you

Yes, that should be doable with the theme. You can keep the artists, dancers and events under parent categories to not get the categories mixed up.

Eg. you can have Artists as a parent category and create any categories related to it as subcategories of the Parent category ‘Artists’. Similarly you can build the others the same way.
