Hi, I am using your beauty sport theme and having problem with configuring the contact form and reservation form. I have used and follow the instruction how to setup those two forms from your guide line. However the problem is consist with two errors as per below: From: [your-name] <[your-email]>, [your-phone] This field has syntax errors Subject: [your-subject] This field can be empty depending on user input.
Please let me know how to solve these 2 issues,

hi, i have a problem on mac computer with the latest update. The button to hide/unhide the information on the left bar disappears and all the information that should be hidden is not hidden and overlaps everything. This bug seems to happen only on mac computers.

please share your URL but from your description this doesn’t sound like a bug. The information in left sidebar are hidden ONLY on certain resolutions, it has nothing to do with the Mac or PC (I am on Mac too). Just take a look at the demo. You need to make sure your menu doesn’t contain too many links and your logo doesn’t have too much height.

areadraft.it/nuovaimg thats the URL. This problem appears only on macbooks. the problem is that this problem is not always there, sometimes it fixes by itself. could it be the logo?
I am checking it on Macbook. It is hidden in Firefox but not in Safari, which is weird (it should be hidden everywhere). I will need to take a better look at it and will try to fix it next week via an update. In the meantime, try to use the following Custom CSS and also upload a smaller version of the logo. It should fix it for the Safari.

You can also set the bar to be always hidden under Theme Options / Main Sidebar Settings with Show Sidebar Panel as Closed option. This is the most recommended solution until I make the fix.

both contact form and reservation form are basically the same thing with just different fields. So if the contact form works, reservation form has to work too. If it doesn’t, then you have some kind of error in its configuration, so please double check it.

Below is the code….when i go to email tab to show the form, 4 fields show syntax error. Driving me nuts, i know it’s a small issue and i can’t find it. I don’t see any error in the form:

Hi, You are reluctant to help… The simple contact form works but the one with additional features give error. You said i didn’t configure the forms, well, i don’t really know how to code. And the form did come with some configuration already. Waiting to see if i can get some help here.
I am relucant to help? Seriously? As I’ve said in my PM reply two months ago, you need to edit your contact form in admin and fill all fields under Mail tab. Have you done it since then? This has NOTHING to with coding.

copy header.php file from parent to child theme and then add your link on line 92 instead of ”#reservation-form”. But I can’t guarantee this will work without any issues.

Ok perfect, now i’ts ok! But I have another problem:
From the homepage, click on any one service (for example http://www.elisirmarotta.it/servizi#Depilazione) the page that opens does not lead me on the relevant section but always remains top of the page.
How can I fix?

You need to edit the code for the particular service and add the ID attribute to its headline element. For example like this:
<h2 id="depilazione">Service Title</h2>
Then use that ID attribute in the URL like this: http://www.elisirmarotta.it/servizi#depilazione

there is no such icon class as “fa fa-phone-marker” in FontAwesome library so I am not sure where did you get it from. The correct one is “fa fa-phone”. Check out the full list here.

1.) have you added your Google API key under Theme Options / General Settings?
2.) you mean the ones in the footer or some different ones?
3.) you can ask for a refund anytime, but it doesn’t mean it will be approved. The fact that you won’t be able to configure it before certain time surely won’t pass unfortunately

Hello I have an emergency. The reservation page calendar allows all customers to choose the same time. The reserved times do not disappear. Is there a way to fix this issue?

the reservation form is just a basic contact form with more fields. After the customer fill and send the form, the site immediately sends the email with info to your address. Those data are not saved or manipulated in any other way. The feature you are requesting would require full booking system which is something entirely different.

Well, I don’t think it’s misleading. I don’t mention anywhere that this theme offers a booking system. If you make a reservation in demo, then you can see that your date is still selectable when you try to do it again. Also the fact that reservation form is just a contact form is mentioned in documentation which is available online and there is a link to it at the tom of the item description.
Again, booking system is something much more different, any theme using a booking system would have a big promotional info about that in its item description because something like that is really a big feature. If someone needs a booking system, then he usually ask before purchase, it is surely not a feature you can take for a granted.
I am sorry for any inconvenience, but you should do a proper research before you purchase the theme, to see if it offers all the features you need. I am happy to answer any pre-purchase questions via comments.
That said, you can ask for a refund via Envato Help. But of course, you can’t use the theme after being refunded.

After installing everythinigs works fine. Now i need to make some changes and the Visual Composer stays empty. So i can only edit in the Backend Editor and not the Classic Mode. Also the Visual Composer that was included in the package can not be updated.

you need to download the latest version of the theme from your downloads here on ThemeForest and install it again in your site. Then deactivate and remove Visual Composer. You will be prompted to install it again which will install its latest version.

Hello…we have some problems with the template….or maybe some question. On the mainpage of the Blog there is on the right site the listing of all the blog themes. But unfortunately we cant see all of them. Even if we adjust please show me 100 of the themes we just see a spare of it…and not all. The other problem is…if we go the treatments…where the ”+” is coming to read about the treatments etc..there is no deeplink posible. Thats problematic..cause if we do advertise and we want to bring the people with a deeplink to this treatment..it comes only to the page before where you can see maybe treatments but not directly the treatment which we are talking about. Is there any posiblity to figure these two things out? Thank you.

Hi there, Please the theme I purchased this theme last month and it’s cool. I have a bit of an issue with the making a reservation. I changed the admin email address in wordpress so I can receive email alerts on my mail. After doing this, I tried making a reservation just to test the functionality but it wasn’t working at all. It gave an error message saying “There was an error trying to send your message. Please try again later.”
Please what do I do? Kindly help me out as I am way way behind on this particular website.
