These widgets are working properly. The Wyde Popular Posts widget displays the most popular posts based on views. When you click on a blog post to view the post details, the number of views of this post will be increased.

The posts in the Recent Posts widget are different from the Popular Posts since they have different number of views.

So there is something not working properly on my front. I’m saying this because my blog is being updated and I’m 100% sure that I have more popular posts than which widget shows. In fact, the posts on widget absolutely never changed since I created the blog. And they are exactly the same as the Recent Posts. Besides, the Recent Posts shows my (first) oldest blog posts, not the newest.

I just tested the default Recent Posts (the one from WP) and it worked flawless. But the Wyde Recent Posts is not working as it should

Is there any cache plugin installed on your site? Please make sure the Database Caching and Page Caching features are disabled.

Regarding the Recent Posts widget, I just added a default Recent Posts widget from WordPress to our demo on this page -> http://wydethemes.com/flora3/at-some-point/ , of course you will see it displays the same as Wyde Recent Posts widget.

I’m not sure why it didn’t work on your end, if you have other plugins installed, please deactivate them all to see if it works.

I’m sorry but the license tab has been disabled since the Visual Composer plugin is bundled with the theme and you don’t need to register the license code to get the plugin’s auto update. This plugin needs to be updated by the theme author to make sure it will be compatible with the theme.

However, we will enable this tab in the next update for you if you’d like.

I see, but the full features of Visual Composer is not in the bundle, right? WPBakery tells me to remove a line from the theme script, to get full access, how will this affect future updates?

We’re sorry but some features and elements from Visual Composer plugin are disabled since they’re not compatible with the theme and doesn’t meet the theme design.

Those elements won’t show up and won’t work in this theme even you activate the VC license code.

In this theme, we’ve added custom elements as needed. Please use the existing elements and features from the theme instead.

Also, we’ve removed all default styles and scripts from Visual Composer plugin because they’re all very large size and can slow down your site.

We’re sorry but portfolio grid always brings you to the portfolio details page. You can’t set the custom link for each item in there.

Please use the Single Image element instead. You can add a Single Image element into columns, then set the custom link for image to link to your page.

Another way, you can add the space directly to your pictures by using the Photoshop, this will make sure you have space between your logos.

I’ve provided the code to change the line color in previous comments as:

.w-accordion {
    border: 1px solid transparent!important;
}

If you insert the above code, it will remove the line color so you couldn’t change it anymore.

You have to remove that code to be able to change the line color.

However, you can change the line color of Accordion in the Accordion settings so you don’t need to add custom CSS to change it. Edit the Accordion, change the Color option to change the line color and the title background color.

Sure, you can add your icons to the Icon Picker in the theme by using child theme as below:

1. Install and activate your flora-child-theme.zip.

2. Go to Appearance -> Editor to edit Flora Child theme.

3. Add the below code to Theme Functions (functions.php):

You will see the Text Wrapping option in “14. Text Wrapping”, try to enable this option for your text layer on mobile and tablet. After you enable this option, the text will wrap onto the next line so it won’t be cropped on small screen.

Thank you very much for your fast reply. I wanted to use custom text so the text that is being cropped is actually two images of text created in Photoshop. Could you point me to a page that could help with this? I also took a look at the responsive setting page and all of the responsive setting are on.

Normally when you add an image to the slider, it will resize automatically to fit properly on each screen.

We’re sorry but it’s difficult to edit the Expand menu to work like a Classic menu. It’s on purpose, we design it to look different from the Classic menu. So please choose the Classic menu in Theme Options -> Navigation instead of editing the Expand menu styles.

To remove the header background color, try to add the custom CSS into Theme Options -> Advanced -> Head Content as below:

Also, you’ll need to enable the Transparent Header for all pages so the header will overlay on your page content without the white space at the top.

The gogallery plugin requires a jQuery library named “Isotope” from Visual Composer plugin.

Unfortunately, this theme removes all default scripts from Visual Composer since it uses its own ones instead.

So we install the child theme on your site, then add the code to bring the Isotope library back, then it’s now working.
