Please make sure you’ve enabled required events views as shown on screenshot and altered settings in Events – Settings – General. As you can see from the settings, Events URL slug is used for building the events URL. So in fact there’s no need to create a separate page with events, it will be generated automatically and such page will have a slug you entered.

1. The order depends on the date when the profile has been published – “older” profiles are shown in the first place. To edit the date please click on Edit in Publish section as shown on the screenshot.

1. In fact there’s no need to edit theme code to change layout – it can be altered both on each single page and in general settings. And surely general settings are also responsible for global elements common for the whole website, like header and footer. Changes of any kind won’t take much time to be implemented.

2. Please note, that we can’t assist you in such modification and generally don’t recommend our customers to implement serious customizations. In case you’d still like to add customization, a child theme will help you preserve changes despite theme updates. As to “include” method – it hasn’t been used.

3. You can easily change the existing pages/posts/projects, etc. and add new ones.

4. We’d kindly pay your attention to this video demonstrating how easily shortcodes can be managed. It’s taken for another product from our portfolio, but general idea for My Religion theme is the same. There are also other videos under Features menu item, so you can see that sections reordering, color management, changes in layout and many other options can be accessed through a convenient dashboard.
