Hi there!

We have released Jobify 3.3.0, which contains the new content importer. It will allow you to import our Extended Demo for your website.

Hope this helps!

Hi,

Can job seekers register and then upload their resumes without wanting to apply for any job?

Hi there!

Yes, Job Seekers can upload their resume to your website. To allow this you will need the Resume Manager plugin. They can submit their resume without the need of applying for a job.

Hope this helps!

Kind regards,

Fernando

I already have Resume Manager but don’t know how to allow job seekers to upload their resumes without applying to any vacancy.

Hello, Where can the company view the resumes/People who applied for a particular Job? I’m unable to find a page for that. Any help would be appreciated

Hi there!

Using the default contact form, applications are sent to a companies email. If you wish to allow companies the ability to view job applications through your website, you can use the Applications Plugin.

Hi, we submitted I believe 2 tickets last week. Could you please let me know how quickly we can receive a replay? We desperately need a replay asap.

Thank you Adam, we have just resubmitted our ticket. Hope to hear from you soon. Many thanks

Hi Adam, I received an email regarding our tickets and its as below:

“Hi Joanna,

Hope you’re doing well.

Thanks for reporting this issue to us. It appears this is a bug in our theme. Our developers have been notified and they’re working to have this fixed as soon as possible. Sorry for the inconvenience this may cause. Thanks”

Could you please let me know how quickly we can hear back from you? We are building our website and its a huge delay for us with this error. I would really appreciate if you could let me know some time frames for it.

Many thanks Joanna

Hi Joanna,

I see you are in contact with Rashid. We have notified our developers and we are looking to fix this. If you need further assistance or have further questions we can respond to you better through our support channel.

I have reported a bug and opened a support ticket but no reply, another question in here, can i auto-populate job-location from job-region, because our visitors arent using job-location at all , if that would be possible it would be awesome

Hi there!

Hope you are doing well today!

I do see your tickets! We will reply to them shortly.

You can replace the locations field with a regions field. See here: Filter by Regions

Kind regards,

Fernando

One more question, is it possible to have more than one Region, for example if a company is have the position on multiple cities.. ?

Hi again,

Unfortunately, Job postings can’t have multiple regions assigned to them. A new Job posting will need to be created for the other region the job is located. The WP Job Manager plugin does not allow for Posts to have multiple regions or locations, unfortunately.

If you need answers to questions regarding Jobify, please contact support!

I translate the whole Dutch thing

but now it got this:

Oops! It looks like your Organization has outgrown its current plan limits and has been locked. Please contact your administrator to fix this issue.

Anyway! Some translations i could not do because Transifex didn’t allow me to? About 10, The rest is done! Please fix this and update it asap because i need the Dutch version.

Hi there,

This can be done using the SayWhat plugin to translate some strings in your website. If you need assistance with this let us know through support!

IMPORTANT:

So!

The homepage looks nice, and i like the widgets BUT! i want to be able to make all pages like the homepage eg.

I want to be able to create widgets etc for all pages and that all pages are unique with their own jobify widgets. Otherwise all following pages will just be slaps of text…

Is this possible????

Hi there!

It is possible! You can set the page template to be Widgetized. This will allow you to add widgets to your new page like the Homepage.

Hope this helps!

Can you please help me accomplish the following task:

My existing job board has over 4000 resumes associated with a similar number of job seekers. I have two separate CSV files one for job seekers and one for their resumes. I want to migrate these users along with their resumes to jobify.

Hi again!

If you wish to export you can do so through the settings, or use WP All Export

After you can import the resumes as described here: How to Import Job, Resume Listings Using WP All Import

If you need answers to questions regarding Jobify, please contact support!

Kind regards,

Fernando

thanks, but I resolved all, see you in next

Glad to hear! :)

I have bought Import All Pro plugin and added it to my jobify but I still have the options for the free version of Import All. I don’t see the options where I customize or create new items. The kind of service Import All Pro provides is really terrible as it takes them 24 hours and they take Saturdays and Sundays off!

After attempting to import jobs it was apparent that the job got imported but without any details. I could see them listed on the job section. I deleted the imported files but the jobs still appear on my website and I can’t see them in admin area.

Hi there,

Make sure you follow the steps described in our documentation: How to Import Job, Resume Listings Using WP All Import

I would also invite you over to our support page. We can provide you with assistance there with any issue you may be having with the job posts.

We are looking forward to helping you over on our help desk.

I can create custom fields in the registration of services, such as phone number or the whatsapp and a location map ??

Hi there!

Hope you are doing well today.

Using the WP Job Manager Field Editor plugin you can create fields for your submission field like a Phone number or the WhatsApp field.

Unfortunately, there is no option to use a location map for the Submission form. You can already add a Location for the job using the Location Field.

If you have any questions or if I can be of any further help, please let me know!

Kind regards,

Fernando

Hey guys! I am waiting for support. Sent a ticket…

Hi there,

Can you let me know what your question was? I am trying to find the ticket you submitted.

Can i change all the filter settings (e.g.. create filters) in the search for a job page/option.

And also, can i then create jobs that link to the new filters/labels?

Hi there!

Hope you are doing well and thank you for your questions!

Question: Can i change all the filter settings (e.g.. create filters) in the search for a job page/option. And also, can i then create jobs that link to the new filters/labels?

Answer: Creating filters and associating them with Listings is currently not something that can be done out of the box. It can be achieved with customization. This article can give you the right idea as it creates a new field for Job posts and can create a filter from it: https://wpjobmanager.com/document/tutorial-adding-a-salary-field-for-jobs/

An alternative way to create fields is using the WP Job Manager Field Editor plugin.

Question: Also can i change the language of it to Dutch?

Answer: The Dutch translation of Jobify still needs some work as it is 39% complete. You can help contribute and translate the website. See here: Translating Your Entire Website

Hope this helps!

If you have any questions or if I can be of any further help, please let me know!

Kind regards,

Fernando

What i mean is:

FREELANCE FULL TIME INTERNSHIP PART TIME TEMPORARY

Can i change those because it is quite limited

Thank you for clarifying.

Those can be changed through the Job Types created for the Jobs in the Admin Panel.

How do i have the “contact” button on candidates resume send to the candidate and not the administrator? similar to your demos.astoundify.com/extended/resume/sandy-miranda/

You will need to assign a Form to as your contact form within the Resume Settings. If you require further assistance, kindly submit a ticket over at our support portal so that we can help you out with this issue as quickly and efficiently as possible.

I purchased the “Manager Field Editor” and created a certification field. How do I add the “Skills” functionality where it turns in to a filter? When you look at resume you can click on the skill and it shows you others with the same skill. id like the same functionality for credentials. thank you

Hi there,

WP Job Manager did release a tutorial on how to create a search filter with a new field. You can see here: https://wpjobmanager.com/document/tutorial-adding-a-salary-field-for-jobs/#section-4

But, to create a feature like that would require personal customization to accomplish this. We don’t offer custom work right now or provide consulting on how to customize your theme. However, we are partnered with and highly recommend WP Curve, Envato Studio or Codeable if you need help customizing your website.

We apologize for any inconvenience. We do ask any future questions regarding Jobify you contact us through support!

Kind regards,

Fernando

Hi, I have created a ticket please reply, the issue is that the map is not showing Hong Kong in spite of placing the right lat long in the API. Also wanted to know which plugin I should use if I want employer and employees both should be able to list their requirements. Here only companies are able to post the jobs with classic version, which plugin I should add so that employees can also post the resume and get listed. Thanks

Hi there,

Hope you are doing well today!

I do see your ticket and see we have responded to it. If you need further assistance, let us know through support!

We are looking forward to helping you over on our help desk!.

I am interested in this theme, I have a few questions. We have a company that owns 8 different properties. We would be using this only for ourselves. We would have our HR department post the jobs, with a map of the locations, have the customers that are looking for jobs to be able to create an account, upload resume, etc… Is this possible with this theme?

Hi there!

Absolutely!

This is definitely possible with our theme! Your HR department, with the Admin credentials, can submit jobs through the back-end, or Front-end if needed. After Jobs are posted customers can come and apply for the jobs. You can allow them to upload resumes to the candidate’s page using the Resume Manager plugin.

Hope this helps!

import from linkedin not working?

Hi again,

There is no feature available for Importing from Linkedin that was supported by our theme. There used to be an “Apply with LinkedIn” feature provided by WP Job Manager, but it no longer is available since they stopped providing the feature.

Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

If you have any questions or if I can be of any further help, please let me know!

Kind regards,

Fernando

There is still a button which shows “apply with linkedin”

Can you use Facebook login with Jobify?

I would contact the developers of the WP Job Manager plugin https://wpjobmanager.com/support/ since they used to have the LinkedIn integration available.

As for Facebook Login, you can use WooCommerce Social Login plugin.

Cheers! Fernando

Hi,

Same as above!

The sign up form is only showing email address to sign up, no password or user type as it shows on the demo!

How can we fix?

Just to confirm, its under: Customizing > General > Accounts > Set account types. Took bloody hours to find that :(

Hi there,

This article Create a Registration Page and many more can be found in our Docs Section.
