When I attempt to Load the UX Builder, the screen stays on “Loading UX Builder”. It will not load There are quite a few people who are having this same problem
It has been suggested to increase the memory. There are some who have tried that and it still des not work. Is there an earlier version of this theme that I can download to avoid this problem?

in version 3.1.6 of the chart icon sometimes disappears iphone. If you add a product to your cart on iphone, (when the icon appears) the cart reads zero and do not find the product added.

Hi there, I think your site has a cache problem. This is not related to the theme. I recommend you ask your host about it.
Hi tried on 4 servers: 2 VPS, 1 Shared Hosting 1 Reseller Hosting. the defect of the “zero” cart on iphone ( iphone 6 – iphone 7 – iphone 4s) remains. There is no cache in any server!
On iPad it works perfectly.

I forgot: in the version of Flatsome 2.9, all works perfectly!
Let’s face Flatsome has always been a great theme, one of the best, version 3 is awesome and revolutionary but still needs several corrections. (The bugs are not only the ones I listed) example on Crome Android layout and messy.
Perhaps you had to wait before releasing!

Hi again, Flatsome 3.0 has been heavely tested for many months. Others does not have these issues. I’m pretty sure they are related to cache. Could be related to something called “Object cache”.
I installed WP and Flatsome on a vps Dreamhost.com, the problem of the product which is not added to cart on various iphone remained.
There is no active cache !!!
Therefore the little story of the object cache does not make sense. A thema that does the same defect of 5 hosting, means that it is broken and it would be better to make a revision to the code.
I await concrete answers before you ask for a refund

That is 100% for sure a caching problem and not a theme bug. We can’t get the cart to work at all here. I would try contact your host and ask about it.
Dreamhost often uses something called “Varnish”.
The prececente link I posted I am tournament comes to a VPS managed by me and I have never enabled any cache.

No Jordan, I do not have any cache plugin installed and do not like to use them.

Fancy Product Designer. After a design is created, you’re supposed to see your updated design. It replaces the gallery image. It worked before the update. The developer confirmed all hooks are in place and that flatsome “won’t allow” the image to be changed.

Hi, Im trying to make a map take up span 2/3 with text next to it (1/3) if i do this the map takes up the whole row and pushes the text underneath??
Did you create a two column row and added the map to one of the columns? Do you have a page online where this is happening?

You’re welcome. I see another bug in Slider. I create a slider with 3 images by UX Builder. In last image “Bullets” comes up and slider comes up, too. I don’t know why this happened. I changed the images, I added some other images (more than 3 images) but in all situations, in the last image of slider this issue exists. Hi, I am thinking about purchasing but I noticed that within the explore demo, the “Go explore” text and the search bar are a bit unsharp in Safari and Chrome, however it is looking sharp when using Firefox…? Is this something that can be fixed?? The other demo’s don’t seem to have this problem but only the Explore demo…
