I must have messed something up with the update. Not only will my files not completely upload, but I can’t get rid of them either. I have gone through my media to delete unattached files. Select – delete permanently – confirm. I leave the page and come back and they all reappear.

HI, i still have the google map api js file loading and pending problem, i am sure did not use google map at all.
I already reset the theme option , but still have it. can’t find out which element is using google maps
And i don’t know why this would effect the slider content loading.
I fix that , have to install a plugin to stop it loading

Hello! I installed the latest version (3.1) and after ACTIVATE the theme, the site displays the following error:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_FUNCTION in /home/brain/public_html/lojaexemplo/wp-content/themes/flatsome3/inc/helpers/helpers-frontend.php on line 4
If I install the old version (2.9) works perfectly. How can I solve this?

Hi there, I think you’re on a old PHP version. You need at least 5.3+ but 5.6+ is recommended. Is it possible for your host to upgrade?

Love that you have a video format for posts and it adds a video play icon on the thumbnail listing. Any way to have this for portfolio items? So my client can use the portfolio as a video portfolio? It’s be great to add some icon overlays. Thanks.

I’m not using the WYSIWYG editor. I just want the shortcode code as you used to show it on the link I’ve sent you. Unfortunately it seems that you removed it.
You guys should also think about people who are not using visual editors.

You need to use the Advanced > Backup tab to copy and paste settings into a child theme.
I have the same problem as user @shawnallpro. When I want to go to CUSTOMIZE (..//wp-admin/customize.php?theme=flatsome&return=%2Fwp-admin%2Fthemes.php) wordpress shows me a white page and empty left administration side bar (there is only page name and “add widget”).
I tried – reinstall WordPress, Reinstal SQL. Reinstal Theme, Increse memmory limit to 256, uninstall all plugins. I dont have this problem with any other theme. Please help.
Hi there, could you tru enable WP Debug and check if you get any error messages?
Try also this: - reset PHP cache (opCache) - Ask your host if there is any limit to memory on the server.

Not usre whether the demo we are using makes a difference, but if we use the Vendor Shop base demo for our site, could you possibly advise what the recommended image sizes for WooCommerce is?

I see you suggesting to buy email template from other vendors but I like to have a similar look-and-feel with the email and it’s not easy to make other email template looking like flatsome!
