Yes, it will work because our Porto theme already using the VC builder and it’s elements to create pages. We have not tested this paid plugin yet with our theme and it’s not possible to guarantee 3rd party plugins for us.

No, This issue is NOT solved. You have taken off W3Total cache – which is used by MILLIONS of websites – because your theme clash with it.

The response time is now measured in calendar days – instead of milliseconds…

Response time went up from 2-sec to 15-sec – FIFTEEN SECONDS !!!

This is sure not a solution.

Sorry, but we have not taken off the W3 total cache plugin. This plugin is fully compatible with our porto theme. Yes, we have made some changes in it and set the minify configuration of your site. and more details we have sent you in the ticket reply.

Sorry, there is no option in the theme to show the big product title in the single line. This is the default Woocommerce functionality. Please contact the Woocommerce support they will give you the better solution if they have any idea about it.

Porto theme is fully compatible with following plugins and these plugins you can use for multi-lingual site:
Compatible with WooCommerce Multilingual plugin
Compatible with WPML plugin
Compatible with Polylang plugin
Compatible with qTranslate X plugin
Compatible with WooCommerce Currency Switcher plugin

And all of them are not included in the theme. You have to purchase or download them from their sites.

WPML plugin is the best for the multi-lingual site. We have not use the plugin for our Demo. That was just exhibition menu to show that our theme is supported multi-lingual sites and we create just the menu for that not use the plugin.

Can you please tell me the reason why you are trying to add the Woocommerce plugin file into your child theme. You can add only the parent theme PHP files in the child theme.

This will do it with customization. You have to create the function for that file in the child theme’s functions.php file then it this will work.

If you are not able to do that then please contact us through our support system so we will do it for you.

There is no need to activate or purchase the new license for VC. Visual Composer is already included in the theme package and already purchased the license by Smartwave. This activation message for those who want to update the plugin directly from the Visual Composer website. In our case, you can receive the updated plugin always with the theme update release. So no need to activate it, just ignore the message and feel free to use it.

You can use the WP reset plugin to rest your WP and delete all the pages, menus and widgets etc you have imported with demo install.

We have not tested this paid plugin yet with our theme and it’s not possible to guarantee 3rd party plugins for us, but I take a look at plugin page it says: “This plugin works gracefully and seamlessly on different themes on different devices including PC, mobile and tablets.”

So we think that if the plugin is coded perfectly it should work with any WooCommerce theme like Porto. You can also confirm from the plugin author. This is the best info we can provide at this stage.
