hi, I am having a difficult time locating where I can set the single blog post pages to show the same transparent header like the rest of the site? Not currently but it could be done with modifications, however I do have an option built in that requires users to register to view listings.

Just an FYI, I installed Total Cache and after I did when editing using visual composer frontend the screen would turn white (I guess that’s fine if you have white background) and change the fonts to the backup on saving whatever widget was being edited. The only solution I found was to deactivate the Total Cache plugin and reactivate when finished. So if anyone runs into the issue, that looks to be the culprit. Page caching.

have you looked at the booking calendar on a mobile size screen on your demo? the boxes of the calendar run down in a single file column ..not very encouraging to see before purchasing …also the form fields are very short look funny with no padding
I unfortunately only have so much control over that as its part of a free third-party booking plugin, however you’re free to use any booking plugin out there you’d like with the theme.
i looked at some of your customers sites and they have a working version of the calendar can you try and resolve this with the plugin author as it effects all your customers?
The plugin developers aren’t the most responsive unfortunately, it could be a CSS conflict with another plugin possibly if try to disable any non-required and test.
this is showing up on your demo sites not mine i have not purchased …..will you try and fix on your demo so i know if i purchase it will look ok on mobile?

I am trying out Showcase IDX and everything works except for the shortcodes i need to use for widgets and to put all over my page… How do I add shortcode to header of front page? I tried going to Home – Front Page and putting shortcode on text and updating it and widget wont work. Are you familiar with Showcase IDX? They run under wordpress
The “Header Advanced Search” option currently doesn’t support IDX widgets (dude to size constraints), however the other search area does please see http://contempothemes.com/wp-real-estate-7/documentation/#idx , I’m unfortunatley not familiar with the Showcase IDX plugin so I can’t offer much in the way of advice for that, hope you understand.
I understand, however, I just figured out that the shortcode works for when i put posts up and pages… is there a way i can enter shortcode on the home page? When i put it on the home page nothing shows up except default home template. Is there a way to do this?

Yes, jQuery is actually packaged with WordPress core and its always updated to the latest stable version which currently WordPress 4.6.1 includes jQuery v1.12.4

I have a big issue with your nice theme so far. Whenever I am trying to activate the plugin contempo-real-estate-custom-posts, I am getting this error:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘[’ in /var/www/suncruise/wp-content/plugins/contempo-real-estate-custom-posts/includes/ct-real-estate-custom-shortcodes.php on line 1189
I have already deactivated all the plugins, checked php.ini for maximum upload size etc., as also i have updated all the plugins and the theme in the latest version. This plugin produces a fatal error, causing a white screen.
Whenever I am changing into other wordpress themes, the white screen problem passes away, so I recon that it might be an error from your latest theme and plugin update.
Also ,I have contacted with my server administrator having a response that everything is ok from their side.
Please advise, as soon as possible.
Simple fix, its because you’re running an old PHP version and need to be running at least 5.6+. WordPress themselves actually recommend at least 5.6, its a simple thing for your hosting provider to do once that’s done you’ll be all set.
Hi again, my problem still persists… i have installed PHP 5.6.24-0+deb8u1, but the white screen is there again. I have also made a new wordpress installation and your theme produces the white screen again. Please advise!!
Sorry to post more comments but the problem is very strange to me as I have plenty experience with wordpress.
I have moved to the following configurations -moved to a new server/ip/apache/mysql (www.suncruise.gr/phpinfo) -latest version of php -new wordpress/database/theme installation -increased memory limit and max execution time -deactivated all the plugins and installed the required -renamed the htaccess and reset my permalinks -The debug shows nothing, when I activate another theme ,it plays well -The strange thing is that the code in “show web page source”, is loading on the backround but still white screen

If you’re trying to style the price, I’ve gone ahead and added class names to each of the items within the table, replace your single-listings.php with https://gist.github.com/contempoinc/c4b89b96a68a44d12ec661103c1d2496 and you’ll be all set, I’ll also include this in the next update.
CSS to use below replace the hex with whatever you’d like:
listing-multi-floor-plans td.price { color: #000;}

I am aware of that, but you also said top notch support, but here we are 33 hours later and still no support. As lovely as patience and understanding are, they are not going to pay the bills, getting stuff done pays the bills.
