Is this template compatible with drag and drop editor in MailChimp? can the background pictures be seen properly in outlook?

This template is compatible with the builder of MailChimp where you are able to hide, duplicate and delete sections, and edit any item. The background images should be compatible with Outlook, if there are certain issues with the template we are always standby to support you. We are about to update our entire portfolio (design update + recoding from scratch) to let our products meet todays standards.

We are having multiple issues (alignment mainly) with campaigns sent through Mailchimp and viewed in Outlook 2016 and earlier. We are directly exporting the layout in the template builder and sending it, none the less we get errors.
I would also like to inquire about the plans to evolve the “template builder”, as it is right now the functionality is so basic that we end up having to edit the html manually.

Hi guys, any news about the new builder? Would be great to have the possibility to save templates. Having some issues with editing the background images in the builder, sometimes they do not update and it’s not easy to manage them through the sidebar. Wrote you in private about some gmail issues, if you could help, thanks.

Is there a way to save and load templates at the full version? We had some issues at our old provider where we needed to avoid closing the tab or we’ll loose every customization.
Hi Duplika, there isn’t an option to save or load templates, currently we offer an export option. We’re working on a serious update including the save option, this update will be available to all of our customers and is planned to release mid September.

It says in the Compatible Browsers that it works in OutLook, Yet you use a lot of Background-images. I thought this wasn’t possible in Outlook and would make your top main image and some of your image modules appear blank. Is there a work around that I am not aware of?

Our templates are tested through Litmus before uploaded on Themeforest so everything should work. Are you able to send us your HTML file to support[at]rocketway.net so we can have a look in the code whats causing the issue.
